I'm rather new to this, does this happen often that the pools shut down and run away with the coins?
i'm solo mining at 390kh/s 
got the first block mined in 2 and a half hours and the second mined about half hour after that..

My first attempt ever at solo mining.. got 25858 lot.. wasnt sure if i got the settings right and kept wondering if i was wasting time..
now should probably join a pool...

I was trying to build it from the .pro file, it's been a long time since I had to start at the makefile.

Just checked my pool. http://lot.hackshardgaming.net/public had its first payouts a few moments ago. So I can now confirm everything is working exactly as it is supposed to.
*EDIT* Just got my server machine. It is now installing the operating system. After that I will setup the mining pool. then I will move all current data from one to the other including the wallet so no coins are missed in the transfer. Transfer once I get to that step will take 5-10 minutes. I will also provide a temporary web address until the new address takes over.
