I think each coin is different entity, doge is different to bitcoin just like eth is different to bitcoin, there's reason why each of them usually have their own blockchain like eth with its smart contract blockchain.
I think the answer is simple, if it's different coin then there's no relation with each other, like how currency differs from one to the other.

Sorry if my question makes no sense, I am still trying to learn more about crypto in general. Which coin is more closer to BTC in all form? LTC or Doge coin? Also is any of these project have something in common with BTC?
bitcoin is still bitcoin.
LTC and Doge have nothing to do or nothing in common with bitcoin.
but if you ask which coin has a good future like bitcoin? i will answer LTC. although until now LTC has not shown a fantastic price but it is much better than Doge.
and actually bitcoin and LTC or doge do not have anything in common, they are very different. so maybe you don't need to think too much about the similarities because if you really realize that bitcoin is very profitable, you better continue to learn to understand the future of bitcoin and start investing long term in bitcoin

Dogecoin is forked from Litecoin (or, to be more precise, forked from Lucky Coin, which was forked from Litecoin), and Litecoin itself is a fork of Bitcoin. Other than that, none of these projects have any connection to Bitcoin, since their development has been totally different and unrelated to Bitcoin.

There were quite a lot of similar comparisons. Have you tried to read something about these cryptocurrencies yourself? A comparison table can be found for example here: Bitcoin vs Litecoin vs Dogecoin | Comparison Guide with Table

Litecoin is very close to the bitcoin rather than doge coin. I think that ethereum was also very close to the bitcoin. I meant in term of marketcap but almost any crypto has same usecase like bitcoin these days to be a payment system in the crypto.
Litecoin has something common with bitcoin. I think that litecoin is very very close to the bitcoin caused by this coin already called as silver in crypto.
