First of all, you have quoted the post unnecessarily. Your deposit has not yet been credited it might be for any of these 4 reasons:1. The fund has not yet been sent from the exchange you sent.
2. The transaction has not yet been confirmed.
3. The site will check manually but not yet done.
4. The site is trying to scam (most probably).
Earlier they harass users who won a good amount. I think once any site arises any issue should avoid that.
I had a similar problem at the time and contacted the live support on the casino website. Did you contact support? They informed me that there were temporary technical difficulties which will be fixed soon. I have made several deposits so far and there are no problems.
