In addition to the halving event litecoin is more useful as a currency because it has a more practical transaction speed. Dark markets prefer litecoin for this very purpose, not just monero
I think that the dynamics of litecoin give it all the potential to suprass the all time high against BTC. It won't come as a miracle to me if within the next 3 months (most probably sooner, though) LTC reaches the 0,023 BTC.
Why bitcoin price is not so high as last time when was high? Because of the bitcoin price. But by the way litecoin doing well and the price is where is, but to have a good grow of price in USD we need also bitcoin to go to over 10,000$ and also LTC to maintain price on bitcoin or also to grow at over 0.02 btc.
Litecoin is one of the coins that has benefited from this recent bullish trend and currently its close to $100 the value that some speculators said it will not get to in this year 2019! It is truth that the bull run has commence and litecoin will keep going up.
I am not surprise about the performance of Litecoin, the halving even in coming around June?July this year and I expect people to start pricing the halving event into the price, in short term I expect it to outperform most of the big cap coins in short term

I am really surprised how well LTC keeps it up! 2 years ago I thought this coins would slowly die and disappear but it seems it is stronger than ever! It is a demonstration that not only technology but also the community and the brand counts a lot in the crypto world!
LTC is a very good coin and up to now, the value has gone up. I personally profit from LTC trading. I hope prices will continue to rise because the price of Bitcoin is also heating up. The market now looks excited because all the coins are green.
Yes, LTC does have a good move so that its value can make people find profits. We can hold it for the long term and we will wait in August, surely we have more value and decent profits.
Yeah and until now it continues to go up,no wonder this is the recovery that has been speculated for long tims after litecoin lost its popularity and support from investors since the dumping year of 2018 .and i am lucky enough that u manage to accumulate this former top 3 coins from the deepest price,and now i can feel my profit fron trusting this coin
I have the feeling that it won't be very long before it reaches the 0,02 BTC. Being so bullish and catching on earlier than the rest of the market, and with enough space till the halving, I wonder whether it won't reach a new all time high against BTC (like surpassing the 0,023).
I believe this is due to the growth of Bitcoin recently and if Bitcoin continues to grow more then we will see more altcoins going to grow in the future. As of now we see some greenish in the market and this is a good sign that we are almost in a bullish market. It has been one of the most bullish big coins lately and still continues this way. It has reached the 0,017 BTC and has a good potential to go even higher.

The price of LTC is not in a good condition at this time. But I still believe because LTC has such a large user base. the development of LTC is important and deserves priority. we will see changes in LTC prices throughout 2019. This is a part of the coin that developed since the beginning and even the LTC had reached the highest peak with rates that prices were so good.
Still in the $85/$89's, still very bullish.

Also the market has somewhat recovered when bitcoin suddenly spike in the last 5 days or so bringing all other top 10 coins as well. So let's see where this ride will go, we are still very far from it's last all time high, but we are making gains now, so just continue to HODL.

LTC block reward halving is due in August so it is going to stay bullish going in that. It is great coin to buy and hold.
The movement of the LTC is good and this is a long journey that hasn't ended yet, we will still see that the LTC will grow well and continue to keep up with the current. A good opportunity to be utilized or is it still holding back to be even higher? Do it according to your heart's content for the future.

LTC seems to be doing alright, lately. Especially against BTC. It's going up on a steady pace.
I was looking at the coingecko graph and I notice that the trading volume looks very solid, lately, and it seems to go upwards. (Not sure btw where coingecko gets its info from).
Two questions.
a) Why is Litcoin doing so well of late?
b) How can we explain that solid trading volume?

I am still not quite sure if it will level up to Bitcoin's. but as long as the developer will continue what is on the platform, the prices will eventually rise. LTC seems to be doing alright, lately. Especially against BTC. It's going up on a steady pace.

Indeed, the price will have a great future once ltc community will always be visble to other people who choose this type of coin investments. Development is the key to success of every crypto regardless of adoption, because of hesitation these days due to market bearish effect. Fortunately, it doesn't stop us from facing challenges even though it's hard enough to pursue that plans while observing struggles behind.
The very reason that triggers the price of Litecoin because of the upcoming halving on August. And it's just around 122 days before that event which means rewards will be decrease into lower that will make the demand higher.

Almost hitting $100 yesterday this means litecoin is now into.moving up situation as we also know how hard this coin experienced from the bear market of 2018 in which from rank number 3 falls down to rank number 8-9 things that very frustrating for the litecoib supporters so i think investing in this coin is appropriate to do now compared to the past struggles
I think it is a very good thing for ltc, I really don't know reasons for the price spike but good to see the pairs lively and making good profits for its investors. I wish I made some investment on ltc, would have been smiling
