That is not accurate. The support ticket link goes to our page and you have to open a support ticket. The fact you just emailed support@zendesk cause it says that in the text isn't our fault. Please don't FUD about it. We get hundreds of support tickets properly every day. Additionally we are on IRC and Twitter 24/7. We are here to help, but please don't push blame when you guys push a hard fork in a 24 hour window
That said, we are cleaning up and performing a full audit before opening up. We'd like to see the chain start moving before we do that.
