Dude, I ve been with LTC for over 2 years. Since last winter there was only one direction for LTC - down. I m big time supporter but slowly losing faith in that coin. It needs to get improved and Lee is wrong saying LTC does not need gimmicks.

I think that time really matters now, if we all want to get some of our money back or 'justice to be served'.
Let's be honest the fact he hasn't shared his actual name, made any videos, posted any pictures of his farm even if he said he would.
He didn't keep his paypal account or 'accounts'.
He is not even using a btc processor like BitPay etc. (even butterfly labs did and I got my money back even after 4 months)
The fact that he offers an 8% discount for those who pay in btc, when it is actually the only way to pay him through his website (so that he doesn't bother with sending other coins to exchanges which could be a way of tracking him)
49% discount to turn your profits in shares (however you can't transfer your shares anymore, which is the best way to finish of a ponzi)
ROI 2-3 months
No Blockchain verification (at least I don't know if he is verified)
No public mining addresses and before changing hosting service (at least I don't know any)
He was using WhoIsGuard http://whois.domaintools.com/ltcgear.com before he moved hosting.
He hasn't responded to most emails, no announcement other the server upgrade even if many other cloudhosting websites-ponzis have collapsed and a few people haven't received anything for weeks.
Exiting during holidays would be a great plan as people want to have fun so the scammers have an excuse for delays etc and many of scammed ones wouldn't bother at such a time.

If he stopped using his account because he wasn't verified (that's probably he had low limits) or bought several verified accounts or even used other people accounts (family, friends etc) in order to hide his tracks. etc etcHe stopped his account going to get a lot of information. Also he could give extra coins/money to these people to keep their mouth shut, who probably are already satisfied customers who have gotten their money back and probably more.
If you are able to find any information or track 'Christian' as soon as possible that will be the best. Even if people think that he will return, we could still gather as many information and also create a plan in case he takes our money and runs away. This call is for people that send him money through PayPal (if there is any info) , for people who traded physical miners with him and especially those who send their stuff back to him (if he actually did trade anything), for people who have talked with him over the phone, email accounts other than ltcgear's, any social networks (even a fake account) or even VoIp. People who have received referral payments could share their addresses so that we can see where their payments came from. People who have send him Btc and he still hasn't withdrawn them from the deposit address or people that know any existing mining addresses (even if he is not the owner).

Videos: There is a vimeo account so we can see some evidence of his farm or at least his abilities.
Paypal: People did use paypal at some stage, no? However, indeed it could just be registered to the domain and so it will just be a dud of sorts (easy to set up one with no real info if dedicated I am sure).
Blockchain: If you look through the profile beekeeper you will see Bitcoin addresses (I assume on Litecointalk too) and so analysis is possible. Perhaps an IP address might be extracted somewhere.
But now that I see all the info just posted I'm pretty scared to be honest.

CAUTION!!
Almost every link in this post raised Maleware flags.. be careful clicking any links guys, Hackers love to prey on people at their weakest an most vulnerable.
Which ones are the malware ones? Most of them are some romanian websites as Christian is Romanian, some old forums which you can check on alexa.com etc. Some of the Forum members there, made really bad comments about him and they had accounts older than 8 years and 5000 posts. The tinyurl one is just a pdf file that of an old 'trade' with Christian and others. I use Spybot, Spyware blaster and Avast premium and now that I scanned with malwarebytes it found nothing. If you feel insecure open them in a sandbox.
Also it is quite obvious it is not a DDOS attack. Just a few minutes before the supposed payments he claims an attack, to his totally unsecure and unprotected website. Later on he will claim that all our details were stolen. Also instead of the website it shows a file download to me. The only positive thing, that gives me some hope, is that he hasn't withdrawn the money the btc that I sent him a few days ago, probably indicating that he is propably not gone yet.
If it was DDOS page would be unreacheable. It shows bd Gateway instead on my side.
Site loads up fine if you use ip http://107.155.108.112/my-account/Wasn't this address a different one a few hours ago??
