It should be today but haven't seen any updates, I have a few from last week that I would like to get paid as I've already paid out shares to users out of my own stash...

Can anyone explain how does this share stuff work, If I were to buy few hundred shares from anyone here, do I have to configure anything under my account or it automatically starts mining and I get paid weekly?
What's the difference between the three:

Fill all the fields in the My Account page. The only shares that matter right now are qASICs that represent 100Kh of litecoin mining power each. We have no idea what LTCgear actually mines but we are paid on LTC averages weekly. You need to decided if you want BTC or LTC payout. Or, if you want payouts to be converted to shares. I would discourage this last option because you can buy more shares with the BTC than you will get with the share conversion option.
Thanks so much for your response, so if I purchase Dual Mod it will be converted into qASIC shares? How many? And on Dual Mod it says "This modifier will never expire" what does that mean?

YES but not within your account, you have to email Chris and get him to transfer them. You can only transfer normal qasic shares between users.

To all those whose order stays on-hold: Check the payment address you sent the coins to.
There should be only you who has sent into that address. If there are two transactions
into the same payment address, the system has errorneously assigned the same payment
address to two cusomers. You need to have Chris fixed that manually.

I have exactly this problem ! My order is stuck on "on-hold" since 15h and there are 2 others payments than mine on payment address
I send a mail to [email protected] and to [email protected] this morning. No response. I hope my order will be fixed as soon is possible...
You and me and someone else too, because I sent it around the same time at 15ish hours.
dont worry chris fix the problem after monday sale or within tuesday.

It says payment has to be sent within 3 hours, what if it is sent after 3 hours? The order still says "On-hold" can I still pay?
