I have exactly this problem ! My order is stuck on "on-hold" since 15h and there are 2 others payments than mine on payment address Undecided

I send a mail to [email protected] and to [email protected] this morning. No response. I hope my order will be fixed as soon is possible...

I agree. Escrow is the best option for all parties. It will take days to complete given the current promotions LTCgear is going through and a clause for what happens if it is not transferred by Friday's payout should be included.

If your payment is exactly the right amount (to the satoshi), then I don't know what the problem is.
Chris should be able to fix it, but I wouldn't count on him doing that quickly. He probably has a lot
of work right now.

I purchased one article during coupon promotion and it is indeed stuck on hold. In my case there is the well known
two-customers-on-one-payment-address problem, so I mailed Chris and I'm confident he will fix it before
friday. Or, of course, run away with all our money so on-hold orders will only look like a minor discomfort Tongue
