I think very few people have effectively ROIed, most have reinvested their payments (so did I). That's how a good
ponzi is supposed to work. Again, I'm not at all saying that something is wrong with LTCGear. But given the many scams this
industry has seen, it would be stupid to just ignore all warning signals.

Think about it, 13 months online and 2-3 months ROI. Do you know how many people reached ROI in this period? Almost everyone who started using them besides the most recent clients. What ponzi does that?

160mhs for $850, grab this anniversary discount offer while u can.

Could be a ponzi, still, but not a quick
run-away fake.

Again, I hope I'm wrong.

No Credit Cards, nor Paypal Accepted.
I just wanted to protest that paypal is accepted, because it says so at the bottom of the home page. But, indeed,
when ordering you cannot choose paypal.. If you read my previous post, I have similar doubts like you, and minerjoe
answered some of them. Still, I personally consider it a high risk investment. But anyway: Addresses, pictures etc can be
faked easier than a reputation for paying out without any issue for 13 months now. Could be a ponzi, still, but not a quick
run-away fake.

And in two weeks is already the next share multiplication  Grin

Not saying they are not legit, but, there is no miners for sale even near $5 pr MH/s. Also They keep selling and selling

This is enormous hash power and looks like Entire company is Under some guy named Chris? Where is the Support?

Check GAW for example they at least post several photos of their warehouses, and there is few people around always

for support. They do have Stuff, 10's of people.. I mean how this crazy powered Hashing has only 1 guy? Where is the Contacts?

Ticket support system? Not exists, smell like a pyramid scheme? Or you think they are selling hashing power at loss?

Show me 1 miner on the Market for Sale at such pricing? I hope I'm wrong. Been scammed so many times before,

Hope this is not just another HYIP cause 100% of them scam. Anybody, can you give me the answer to those questions?

Where is that Warehouse? And Where is the Support, How 1 Guy can operate Entire Company?

Also whois for the domain is WHOISGUARD PROTECTED. No Credit Cards, nor Paypal Accepted. Not looking good.

The price is more like $850. Great service though. Should be getting a bit more LTC then last week too. Difficulty has been in the 27500 area instead of 28500

Yup and this anniversary discount is till available.

Quite a good range, some scrypt n too! I prefer the simplicity of hashlets though.

Next ltcgear payout should be tomorrow. They still offer 160mhs for just over $800 but I think this anniversary offer ends soon.

They used to sell their fpgas over ebay so I am sure lots of people have their address, think they are located in Holland. Also, they used to have a program where people could trade in these fpga chips for cloud shares so people used to sent back these chips to them. Again, I am sure these people have their address too. The admin is quite active on litecointalk forum, not sure if he visits bitcointalk. Finally, they have been online for almost 13 months, this adds up to their credibility.
Thanks Smiley I checked out the thread on litecointalk, this cheared me up, he regularly gives updates
and so on.. Seems to be a nice guy.

Yup, he seems to be a great guy, responds to PMs and support questions, really good stuff.

ROI in three months how is this even possible, are you not calculating the rise in difficulty day by day.
Average payouts per ASIC share (for LTC)
Aug 4: 0.029762478
Aug 11: 0.0280763
Aug 17: 0.02175619 <- share multiplication, LTC/BTC was around 0.0095
Aug 23: 0.0246309 <- LTC/BTC was around 0.01, reached 0.115 on Aug 27-28
Aug 30: 0.02488083 <- LTC/BTC was around 0.01

ROI partly depends on luck - it can range from 6-12 weeks depending on difficulty, market prices, and any promos.

What difficulty rise? This is not BTC cloud mining, you can mine alts, vertcoin and darkcoin for example. They have not had a significant difficulty increase for a long time. Also, every 6 weeks you get free mining shares from ltcgear to partially compensate for difficulty increase of scrypt coins, in case you mine LTC or FTC for example.

I'm also quite happy with them, the returns are by far be highest compared to
other cloudmining sites. But I have almost 1GH with them, so I get nervous
these times easily..

- There is not the slightest hint who operates the site, from which country etc. If they
go bust I don't even have an email address. (Maybe I should pay with paypal one time,
even if it's expensive.. Or: Did anyone order a physical miner sometime ago and has
an address?) Is the admin, Chris, active in any crypto forum??

- One could raise suspicion if they really mine. I'm not saying it's a ponzi, but if it was,
it would make sense to highly discount crypto payments.. Also: They don't publish stats
or overall hash rate. If I own 1 GH (and I'm for certain not a big player with them), and the
overall Hash rate of the network is approx. 800 GH, this really makes me think..

- Honestly, below 800$ for 160MH *is* too good to be true.

I want to be clear on that: I don't say they are not legit. Up to now, I got every payout
as expected. But I don't have a huge trust that this won't stop some day, stranger things have
happend in the crypto business.

This looks really interesting but the website is very sparse and almost incomprehensible..  Undecided

My thoughts exactly when I saw the website for the first time. However, they produce a great ROI, this things really works so I can live with the lack of their designing skills.
Let me know if you have any questions or need help regarding ltcgear.
