today i made an instant withdrawal 0.004 btc (wheel of coin) and after that i collect another 0.00019402 btc which you send automaticuly to my wallet.
I though you send only on sundays..My wallet can receive only over 0.00020000...so now i lost them!!
What can i do? can i send them back to you so i will withdraw after collecting more than 0.0002 ??

@sandbt - Yes, I agree with you 100%! .... Referral earnings are extremely important for big promoters like us, and @Lucas should really correct this bug ASAP.

I can confirm there is a major bug with Referral earnings, as i suspected yesterday.

About 2hrs ago, i decided to test both sites, by not claiming from both sites myself, just to see if my balance will move. I recorded down my balance for both sites.

Balance as of (4pm my Time)

My balance at WheelofCoin was 0.00243815

My balance at Coin888 was  0.00110775

An hour later, (5pm my time), i received an email informing me that i received some btc to my account.

The amount i received was 0.00110775, so i went to coin888 to check, and indeed, it was the auto-withdraw. Which means that the amount never changed for an hour even till the auto-withdraw.

The time now is 548pm my time, and i just checked both sites.

My balance at Coin888 is still 0.00000000, which means i never earned anything since the auto-withdraw.
My balance at Wheelofcoin is still at 0.00243815, which means it didn't move since 4pm, nearly 2hrs.

This is very serious, as i suspected yesterday, with also some other users, there is something wrong and we are not getting ref earnings at all.

I have to say, out of good faith, i cannot for the time being promote your sites until these issues are resolved, it would be unfair to my referrals.

I have been very busy the last few days, i didn't really bother to check my logs, but upon checking, i can confirm that my ref earnings dropped drastically since the 8th of Jan. On the average i was making about 0.005 Daily (Wheeofcoin) and slightly less at about 0.0043 Daily(Coin888). Earnings were quite consistent 90% of refs on both sites are Active.

But since 7th/8th, I only withdrew about 0.01 (From 8th to 11th Total of 3 days) from WheelofCoin, and only 0.004 (From 7th to 11th Total of 4 days) on Coin888. This is a big drop, i should have noticed earlier.

I hope you resolve this issue, and i don't know how you will compensate us for loss of earnings for the last few days. as it hurts promoters like me, because we spend the most of our own money promoting the sites, and the only way we make back what we spend on advertising is by referral earnings.


Please Fix these issues. Thanks!

Update : I decided to cash out the remaining 0.00243815 at WheelofCoin. It has not moved since 4pm till time of cashout at 655pm. Auto withdraw works fine, confirmed on blockchain.

For Reference purposes Both my balances at WheelofCoin and Coin888 are now both at 0.0000000 as of
715PM (GMT +8)

Will update again if anything changes.

Due to a series of problems that exist in both sites Coin888.com and WheelofCoin.com and surely those problems must be resolved.
So I decided for test and on a basis temporary period of time to remove the "Quick Free Bitcoin" game for a week in both sites.

Same here, i took note of my Balance 6hrs ago, and it's not moved at all for Coin888. Earnings from refs have slowed overall these last few days for both sites.

I think more transparency is needed for ref earnings, it affects us with many referrals. Here is an example of what i have on ref earnings at bonusbitcoin, it shows exactly what time and how much i made for my ref claims.



Update : I went ahead and did instant 2 withdraw on Wheelofcoin instead of waiting for the auto-payment, and it seems to be working again. Also did 1 instant withdraw on Coin888, that is also working.

Personally, i do instant withdraws nearly every day, and the 10,000 satoshi fee is negligible to me, because i have many referrals, but to most of the users, especially those who click alone or have only very few referrals, that amount is alot to save, and they rely on the weekly Auto-withdraw to save on the fees, so it is very important to get this fixed and working at all times.

A more permanent solution needs to be done for payouts in future.
