Yours is a win for sure, don't think Admin is cheating, he's active here, i do think there is a problem with the payout system. I'm pretty sure you will get credited when he sees your post.

But i think you need to take a screenshot with the full screen showing, Ads included. Same thing happened to me yesterday, i actually won the 2nd biggest jackpot, unfortunately for me, i took the screenshot too fast, so it seems like my page had no Ads ( I have horrible wifi, takes ages to load). It seems like i was using some ad blocking software, but i wasn't. Site makes money from Advertising, i completely understand how it works, so i wasn't able to claim my prize. Anyway, i know the rules better now, if and when i win, i will wait for the ads to fully load before i take the winning screenshot.

Unfortunately I didn’t found any record of the game in the database. According to the photos were posted a few hours ago on your post and showed that page did not have any advertising on it. I assumed, that you use another program API or third-party software to be blocked advertisement this cause our game system files didn’t load well and could preparing worked well for showing the exact prize images to you on website, it is also violating the user agreement rules and mentioned on title of Third-Party Software Terms.

Obviously the win was recorded, because i was credited 11253 satoshi, it just recorded the win as any 3 blue icons instead of the jackpot win (the same problem with the other user Salmonder) You can see from the original pic i posted the my adblock was OFF, (I took a smaller screenshot cos the picture was too big). If it was on, you cannot click SPIN at all. The ads were there, my wifi connection isn't stable, they take awhile to appear. I took the screenshot immediately after the win.

I guess it's my fault, i should have waited for all the Ads to load before taking the screenshot, sometimes it takes 2-3mins for the page to completely load, my wifi connection is only 1 bar, and my cache is off. I know the site makes revenue from advertising, that's where the money comes to pay out winnings.

Admin is right, i have no main referrer. I joined on the first day of launch, i am member 86, i believe my referrer is the site itself. I have spent my own cash advertising and promoting this site, till now i have about 200 referrals.

Looks like i have to keep trying. Sigh.
