This is what you called a lucky charm. When you have them, either it's a person or an object, it gives a psychological effect to the player that makes him play better, relaxed and focused.
And that is simply giving you a big chance of winning, from the word itself lucky. There's no scientific basis or evidence that explain this, it may work for others and it can dismay others for believing that it is real. In my experience, this works sometimes and it is not in other times. And as a gambler, we do have our own preferred superstitious belief and on how we are going to rely with it.
It's just a mere superstitious belief, I don't think we should attach any seriousness to this because it is definitely not going to work on all occasions and not for everyone. If it worked for someone it's his mere luck on the day and not because of the woman beside him.
. Well i bet one of them will win. So i guess the belief on this situation is flawed. Worst if they got even the only one who win is the owner of the playing place
