It looks like I've seen the casino design shown by @Op but I forgot where I had seen it. If @Op is an affiliate and wants to spread his link to get new members who will join under him, he needs to be more active in discussing and maybe he can, at the same time, be a sales representative of the casino. Although some representatives and owners are putting a tracking link to see the number of referrals coming from Bitcointalk this is to gather data some affiliate are good at manipulation and they are using usernames like register now, joinnow to make it appear that the link is not an affiliate but you will only land on a specific page, but if I am the real owner I will post the home page first for my visitors to appreciate the design first then the sign-up page.
