A bit unfortunate to have similar domain name for you with other casino which has bad reputation in a review site like casinoguru. I hope Slow death notice his mistake and apologize because he did a mistake to bring the review of other casino in your ANN thread. I tried to look deeper in the link posted by Slow death, it refers to luckybirdcasino dot com while your site is luckybird dot io.

This is why its better for casino owners to check first if the name they planned to used is already been taken by some casino and check the reputation so that  people will not point out that they are the scam casino.

This could really affect their reputation since if the person will just do a little research and find out that there's bad feedback towards the casino they are searching on then they didn't verify if this is the real casino or just have the same name.

Word of mouth is powerful and for sure if they meet someone who plans to play in this casino for sure they warn those people and get disappointed for what information they know.

The casino.guru review says that there is a link to the casino's license but I've just vidited the website and couldn't find any. They don't have an "About Us" page but even in their ToS page they don't claim they are a licensed casino. The review was written more than year ago so this information might be outdated!
They were active in responding to customers' complaints but they need to address all the concerns and solve all the pending issues to gain customers' trust and increase their rating on review websites.
