What did you see next? The complaints increased a lot and I didn't see the casino representative responding to the complaints, which we can conclude that the casino representative probably didn't respond to the complaints because he had nothing to say to them. I've already heard someone saying that many customers keep making unfounded complaints on trustpilot, like the person who said this is the owner of a reviews website so I definitely didn't take his opinion seriously, but I also think that there may be people who would keep complaining until are right, in these cases the casino needs to respond to them and provide proof that the casino is right. So I wonder why your casino is having a bad reputation on trustpilot?

Wouldn't it be better if your casino rebutted all the criticisms on trustpilot so that your casino's reputation would be good? Another point I noticed is that as soon as you enter your casino, the registration window comes out and does not allow people to check whether the casino has a license or not. This would force people to create an account at the casino so that they could later verify the license and if they later discover that the casino does not have a license, it will be too late because they created an account.

Trustpilot is totally garbage, why do you care about trustpilot much? Do you think it is a reliable place to find honest review from customers?
I say it in general, not only for Luckybird because in trustpilot you can write anything you want, you can even create many accounts to write something bad about any casino.
Lets say I made many accounts and write something bad about reputable casinos such as Stake, Roobet, Duelbits, etc, will you take a screenshot and post it on their official ANN thread the ask them to respond?
Come on dude, dont believe everything you find in the internet especially if there is no single evidence at all in the complaint/review.
Very well said and I completely agree with you, let me start by saying that in previous times, I really used to trust in reviews on trustpilot, this went on until I came across three different projects with really good reviews, but after participating and investing my time and money on this projects, I never got a payout, my money was stolen completely, this was the time I began to have double mind on reviews posted on trustpilot.

And when I came to completly stop trusting in reviews posted on that platform was when I joined/participated on a trustpilot campaign from discord, we were paid to write a lot of good stuffs about a company there, and the more accounts you use in writing this good reviews and rating company five stars, the more money you are paid.
This was when I realized that even scam companies can pay people to give them good ratings and write good reviews about them, with which they can lure in unsuspecting victims they can scam.
Trustpilot is shit, never trust any review posted there, even 1xbit, a well known scam casino has good rating on trustpilot.

It's been a while since I posted in this thread, I see that many other people are also not posting in this thread, at casino.guro there is information that I think should be clarified in this thread, the information is as follows:

source: https://casino.guru/luckybird-casino-review#tab=js-tab-detail-homepage

Can you explain why casino.guru is putting this information on their website? Can you prove that you have a valid license?

if they do not have a license then they should not ask anyone for documents, not even if you detect any suspicious activity on the person's account, this is because only governments that grant licenses and that make it a condition of giving license to the casino, that the casino sins kyc to your customers. no license, no kyc. Now it would be wrong to keep putting up a fake license, I hope this is not the case in your casino. Another point is that the evaluation that casino.guro gave about this casino is a very low evaluation, casino.guro has done evaluations in a moderate way, they don't go hard on the casinos, that's why seeing a very low evaluation being given to this casino, without a doubt it is something very scary

source: https://casino.guru/luckybird-casino-review#tab=js-tab-detail-homepage

And talking about people's complaints, on this other site there are recent complaints, last month there were 2 new complaints, in February there were also complaints, as well as in other months, there are many pages with complaints. This casino has had many complaints for years, I read in this thread that the casino has new management, it's funny that under the old administration there were many people complaining about this site and to this day the complaints continue. It looks like there have been no changes to the website

this is a different casino

My mistake, I got confused when I was analyzing your casino, as I was paying attention to the comments that are on trustpilot about your casino, I ended up not seeing that the casino link I clicked on at casino.guro was not the same as your casino because I also clicked on the trustpilot link and it was your casino, anyway I'm sorry for the mistake, but on trustpilot there are many accusations of scams against your casino, in December 2022 someone complained about your casino and the representative of your casino said that the casino would improve so so that people would have better experiences when using the casino, the post can be seen here

TrustPilot and other review sites are just nonsense, 🙄 I've made over $50k based on my own experience, and I can provide all the screenshots in DMs. I've been working for a year already, and there haven't been any issues.

Maybe he did a search in casinoguru with "luckybird" only and unfortunately that's the only one available in casinoguru. A bit unfortunate to have similar domain name for you with other casino which has bad reputation in a review site like casinoguru. I hope Slow death notice his mistake and apologize because he did a mistake to bring the review of other casino in your ANN thread. I tried to look deeper in the link posted by Slow death, it refers to luckybirdcasino dot com while your site is luckybird dot io.

This is why its better for casino owners to check first if the name they planned to used is already been taken by some casino and check the reputation so that  people will not point out that they are the scam casino.

This could really affect their reputation since if the person will just do a little research and find out that there's bad feedback towards the casino they are searching on then they didn't verify if this is the real casino or just have the same name.

Word of mouth is powerful and for sure if they meet someone who plans to play in this casino for sure they warn those people and get disappointed for what information they know.
