What did you see next? The complaints increased a lot and I didn't see the casino representative responding to the complaints, which we can conclude that the casino representative probably didn't respond to the complaints because he had nothing to say to them. I've already heard someone saying that many customers keep making unfounded complaints on trustpilot, like the person who said this is the owner of a reviews website so I definitely didn't take his opinion seriously, but I also think that there may be people who would keep complaining until are right, in these cases the casino needs to respond to them and provide proof that the casino is right. So I wonder why your casino is having a bad reputation on trustpilot?
Wouldn't it be better if your casino rebutted all the criticisms on trustpilot so that your casino's reputation would be good? Another point I noticed is that as soon as you enter your casino, the registration window comes out and does not allow people to check whether the casino has a license or not. This would force people to create an account at the casino so that they could later verify the license and if they later discover that the casino does not have a license, it will be too late because they created an account.
Trustpilot is totally garbage, why do you care about trustpilot much? Do you think it is a reliable place to find honest review from customers?
I say it in general, not only for Luckybird because in trustpilot you can write anything you want, you can even create many accounts to write something bad about any casino.
Lets say I made many accounts and write something bad about reputable casinos such as Stake, Roobet, Duelbits, etc, will you take a screenshot and post it on their official ANN thread the ask them to respond?
Come on dude, dont believe everything you find in the internet especially if there is no single evidence at all in the complaint/review.
Very well said and I completely agree with you, let me start by saying that in previous times, I really used to trust in reviews on trustpilot, this went on until I came across three different projects with really good reviews, but after participating and investing my time and money on this projects, I never got a payout, my money was stolen completely, this was the time I began to have double mind on reviews posted on trustpilot.
And when I came to completly stop trusting in reviews posted on that platform was when I joined/participated on a trustpilot campaign from discord, we were paid to write a lot of good stuffs about a company there, and the more accounts you use in writing this good reviews and rating company five stars, the more money you are paid.
This was when I realized that even scam companies can pay people to give them good ratings and write good reviews about them, with which they can lure in unsuspecting victims they can scam.
Trustpilot is shit, never trust any review posted there, even 1xbit, a well known scam casino has good rating on trustpilot.
