Hi, all!

Here to warn you about a site called luckybird.
You don't have to be a genius to figure out that the online number of the site is fake.
Most "people" on chat are randomly generated bots.
They will pay out your first withdraw, but will deny all others in hopes of luring more cash from you.

Games resulting in a DRAW do not refund any balance, the house just takes everything from both sides. Doesn't matter if you are playing against a bot or a real user.

Proof of scam:

Also I have sent 5+ messages to their support email, 0 answers, nothing nada.

I'm not sure, but my guess is that the money you want to withdraw may come from referrals bonuses. If this is the case, then check that when the money is from the bonuses, you do not have to meet any additional conditions to make a withdrawal.

He said he wasn't refunded after a game draw. But he is also guaranteeing the casino of his referral, he must have invested some time to promote the casino, and now gruntled because the withdrawal wasn't approved. He is an experienced promoter I guess. But the website doesn't allow you to check thier TOS without having an account, this is unknown. Most if not all referral systems have the threshold on how much they're able to withdraw, maybe this is the case too.

So far TrustPilot has 3 reviews but this one seems to be legit, based on the number of reviews this guy has written.

Is their minimum withdraw threshold really that astronomical?

Are we really going to trust that TrustPilot reviews? Anything that can be written by someone can be manipulated by a paid reviewer.

$25 doesn't look like a lot for any casino to ruin their reputation and it's almost the same from your previous withdrawal. How much did you actually deposit?

You should probably stay away from casinos with "lucky" in their name. There was another one with a different case and it's still unresolved.

Two casinos with lucky on their domain name there's a possibility that they are sister company and they are ruining the word lucky in gambling, names don't attract me in casinos I prefer going with good user's experience and feedback.
OP should bring this in the scam section to warn others there is nothing to refer to on this forum because they do not have an official announcement here but it should be posted for future reference.
