This promo line has been active for only four days, and not many people are playing it. As of this writing, less than 2000 bets have been placed against that line. Yup there is no working strategy. There is no skill factor in the game but just luck.

Sounds like you are betting with the promo line and are having really bad luck.
The green and blue lines are safer alternatives (lower chance to hit a multiplier less than 1), but still you can hit x0.4 in green and x0.2 in blue if you are unlucky.
