Hey there, Lucky Bitters! Your recently-promoted community manager here, popping in with a bit of information and some clarity concerning the goings-on at Lucky Bit. I've got a few topics to cover, so pan over this post and if you see something you think is important, read it!

Lucky Bit has expanded to a three-tier staff system to help separate trolls from legitimate players and make sure different types of communication are handled correctly. Here's the breakdown of how everything works now:

* Administration - will only address the most important operations. Don't call them, they call you
* Management - stingleword and Mike - handle internal requests, advertising and public relations, and escalations
* Moderation - Jo, BtcBoss, carlaonfire, hanijackson, and chance - handle trolls/spammers and queries about bets or the site functions

If you have a question, ask for a moderator in chat or post in this thread if you aren't in a hurry. If you have a serious issue, still ask a moderator but you can also contact management by e-mail via support at luckyb.it. If you have a question only administration can answer, e-mail it and it will be forwarded to administration appropriately. Moderation has my emergency contact information so if they can't help you, I am usually a short moment away. If you want to contact me directly, just PM me here or use my "junk" mail address - stingleword at mail.com.

➬ ➫ Chat and Lotto
People that are active in the chat box may be selected to win some bitcoin after bets are recently played. However, this prize is currently reserved to players only - if you have not gambled 0.01BTC within the past 24 hours from a single address, you won't be able to claim a prize. You can always donate a prize to the moderation team by posting the 1ModTip address provided rather than your own. The contents of that address are evenly distributed with the staff.

Useless commentary about the chat-lotto or its prizes can earn you a ban. The chat used to suffer from a lot of useless clutter chats such as lotto-begging and 'grats'-spam after any win. The moderation team has worked hard to fight that problem and will continue to do so indiscriminately. Before you chat about the lotto, consider this: is the event so unusual that it warrants a comment? If it isn't, then you probably will be banned for chatting it.

Remember the standard chat rules apply to everyone universally: don't beg or ask for sends; use English only; show respect to the site, staff, and fellow players; don't post repetitive, useless, or nonsense chatter; don't post your address unless asked for it. Bans are usually short but repeat offenders may be removed from chat for a long period of time. Moderator decisions are discretionary and final.

Why not offer us a completely new set of multipliers this year? And also add a new color blue if possible. Everything else is pretty much okay.
