Good changes. Would be nice if only betters got picked as well, but this is harder unless with a registration system.
They need to implement that if they want to use that, it is just a proposal.

From now on, you need to play at least 0.01 BTC with your address in the last 24 hours to win the lotto.
--> you play, you'll get rewarded.
So everyone participating in chat will still get called by the lotto bot, but those abusers will not be able to get the lotto, right?
Yep. So we assume to quickly get rid of the abusers.
Additionally, now you cannot claim the lotto with an address that somebody else used to claim the lotto recently.

I got banned again because I raged hard. I bet 0.005 on green and it hit 5x (0.05% hits it), when I meant to bet 0.05. I was throwing cuss words here and there because I was so mad.

The spam in the chat is horrible at the moment, this is because people can't speak English and use a translator to translate their own language to English.
They also constantly spam complete nonsense about things I don't even care about to remember.
I would like to request that the lotto gets temporarily removed for about a month or so to get rid of the spammers.
Until this gets fixed, I won't be active in the chat that often anymore, which is unfortunate, but chatting with people who don't understand a thing you are saying has no point.

You are right, we are being overrun by zombies spamming away to get the giveaway.
