You don't need confirmation for your bets to go through, if the fee is standard. You don't need a block then. This was probably something on your wallet side.

True, LB is on-chain, but if your bet has unconfirmed inputs or lower than min fee or dust output, it is reasonable for the site to delay your bet until it get confirmed.

Maybe you could check how people double spent on SD in the past.
