Bottom line, if someone is impersonating me i cannot do anything about that. You as a community should have more respect for members vs coming at them with insults and negativity and make sure the person on that name is an imposter before getting rude. Next time(if there is a next time) i visit the site please be just a bit more respectful vs coming at me all hostile. And to the person whos impersonating me(using the yahoo name) stop begging you fking moron noone is gonna send you shit and all youre doing is looking like a fool
Please allow me to use a large font to underscore how serious I am about this response.
In no capacity did our staff do anything that could be remotely considered inappropriate or out of bounds in this instance.
Furthermore, the non-staff community members present were pretty cool about the situation. It's generally considered inappropriate to visit the on site chat and immediately attempt to advertise for a competing site. We try to be fairly forgiving, but there have been undesirables using the same username visiting our chat box, so such caution is a necessity for the safety of our players. You are not the only player to have been impersonated, but please keep in mind that your name is not reserved and a name's appearance in the chat box is in no way an indicator of identity. Community caution is a natural reaction, and not new or unique to LuckyBit.
If you were unsatisfied with your visit and had a specific complaint about something that happened with a staff member, the proper channels to report that event are published in the on-site Chat Rules. You opted to instead publish your issue here on the public forum, and therefore I have no choice but to provide this public response. Please understand these statements are being made within my capacity as Community Manager which does carry both responsibility and limitations.
Personally, after having read and re-read the chat logs of your entire visit and this whole incident, the only conclusion I can come to is that you attempted to use our chat box as an advertising outlet, and then became very combative at the first sign of resistance. While I don't personally like BtcBoss' passive-aggressive approach, it is obvious that it was the best approach for the situation presented and you have no reason to be upset considering
you didn't even get a ban, after repeated rule violations. The others did everything any reasonable person could to defuse the situation. Honestly, you came out of this pretty good, all things considered, so even complaining now doesn't make any sense.
There is no tactful way to express this: I have more important responsibilities than catering to our competitors' advertisers. If you were expecting some sort of official action in response to this, I'm sorry to disappoint you.
