I think I have spent way too much on your site, damn addictive!!! My address - 1AobvQkWEYGhGZt4scpepAiMCHNpg2M5kX

Only one a big payout (13x) once. I notice that nobody has managed to get any higher than 25x yet and that only happened a couple of times.. what's the % chance?

Just to be clear: the version that is currently online works fine and can be used. The only limitation is that it does not support multiple bets to the same game in a single transaction (bets of this type will be returned). The upcoming version will support this feature.

Dear users of LuckyBit,

sorry for the downtime and the recent delays in payouts. We are now
sending the outstanding payouts.

The reason for the downtime was that we found an edge case when
processing bets that was wrongly handled in our code. The flaw was
introduced in the last-minute change we did for handling multi-bet
transactions.

Unfortunately, the user with the address 1F1sJiFQaP7LeikgGtNpdi8d8vjCRtvDjh
found the flaw first and exploited it, depriving us of 30 Bitcoins. Sad
Thank you, unknown person, you can be proud of yourself.

We will be rolling out a new version soon. We thank you for your
understanding and patience.

There are  two more transactions like this to the same address (mine actually). There are probably others. May be you should re-send  (double-spend) them with a higher fee. Here are the two
https://blockchain.info/tx/483763227f1baebf4c7465882e163fb2843fdd1ec8487f13289873cbafc4c456

Edit: these two are now included in a block. Only the first one still remains unconfirmed

The fix is online. It took us quite some time due to that other bug that we had to fix at the same time.

By now the missing transaction also confirmed. Sorry that it took so long!

Thanks again for spotting this problem! Smiley We've found a very nasty bug related to the fee calculation rules.

I tested the service out for about 30 minutes today I also have a bunch of missing payouts, lower then expected returns etc..  Does this service work with coinbase properly? We also sent you an email

Hey everyone, the engine is down for maintenance. Thanks for your understanding.

I'm on W8 actually.  Tried chrome but seems to use more resources than FF. It's probably the laptop Smiley  I got this and a pair of $300 bose headphones for only like 88k airline miles.  My other laptop (W7) should run it just fine.  Don't even need the page open to play anyway.

It's nice to see something new and simple, instead of the 400th dice site.  Good job.

One thing I'd like to see would be an odds table, instead of only a formula.  Don't always feel like doing math.  Maybe once the 100.3% promo is over?

Glad to hear you like it! It's exactly as you said: we wanted to do something different than the plethora of dice websites that all propose essentially the same thing Smiley
Suggestion for the odds taken!

Nice concept for a site, I like it.

Seems to be down at the moment though? Also, one of my payouts is yet to be confirmed while other (later) payouts are confirmed;

Thanks!  Smiley

Fun game.  My lightweight (cheap) laptop lagged a bit when playing, it was pretty heavy on the cpu, firefox using just under 50% of cpu when site is open.  But this laptop is really just for browsing the internet while traveling.

tl:dr, is the animation just for fun?  Like the outcome is predetermined as soon as a bet is accepted?

Firefox on linux (current and last few versions) is known to be extremely bad to render canvas animation (which we use). If it is your OS/browser, try with chrome for instance and it should be perfectly smooth. If not, well, that's your laptop Smiley

The outcome is determined as soon as a bet is accepted, yes. But the player doesn't know it and learn through the animation, so it does not make any difference to him/her.

Hi!

really nice design.  This is pretty cool, a "Dice-esque" game but a cool visual for each bet.  As a +EV gambler, the 100.3% payout is attractive while in beta Smiley
Thanks, very much appreciated!  Smiley

so I sent it coins to the red chip, it dropped... then fired a bigger bet to the yellow chip... nothing now for a few minutes... wait there it goes!!!

I read a bit about why that may happen, but other dice sites have solved that to make an instant game, which IMO is essential for a gambling site like this.  I fired a few more bets, will wait a few minutes to watch my plinko-esque chip in 1 of 3 colors fall.
You probably read already that it is due to your bets having unconfirmed inputs. AFAIK satoshidice is also delaying payouts in some cases, they just don't make public the rules that they use. This is a protection against double-spends.
It should not happen often though, so you must have a wallet where all inputs are from a single or few transactions. An example of such a situation is the following: you create a new wallet, you receive a single transaction of 10BTC, then you send 0.001 to our game. The whole 10BTC will be in the state of unconfirmed inputs until the next block then.

IDK if this was discussed yet, but each "peg" the chip has 50% to fall either right or left?  is it not even like that and the chip falling is just a display of the dice-roll?
Yes, on every moves the coins have 50% chance to go left or right. And this is provably fair in the same way the dice-games' "lucky number" is. If you click "check your bet" in the bet browser (link at bottom of the main page), you'll see more technical info.
