I thought that we could not used another player's address because the address is tied to the account in chat (atleast this is what I remembered ) ? Chat-lotto selected me up for lotto at my last visit to the site and since I didnt wager any , I tried to use yahoo's address for it and it wont let me get it ( or is this restriction isnt limited to the mods (?) )

There are a set of title according to what you have wagered in the last 24 hours. The more you wager the higher the chat lotto will be but then again there is always a chance that chat lotto might not pick you up even if you have wagered alot

Unfortunately LB has to redesign the provably fair if they're going to have a deposit button coz the current system is relying on the transaction ID to produce the result of the bet.

According to stingleword (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.11920529), your bet will not be processed instantly if the fee is less than 0.0002 per KB.
So if you transaction size is huge (lots of inputs or lots of outputs), you will need to add more than 0.0002 as fee.

As soon as the last one get confirmed your bet will be played .. just add 0.0002 fees per k .Welll here is another problem we dont know weather our transaction will be of hundreads kb or whatever so just put bigger fees for bigger bets .. thats it .

Kind of takes the high speed intensity out of the game.
No one wants to make a bet and sit for 3-20 minutes waiting for a confirm.
The reason I found luckybit was I saw the almost zero turnaround time.
You send bet, after a couple seconds its played, and about 20 seconds later (after animation), you get tx back in your wallet.
With other sites, you send, wait for 1-6 confirms, make your bet, then withdraw. Thats anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour of waiting time to make 1 simple bet.
Also, this big TX fee requirement will REALLY cut into the small value bets.
