Come on, guys. If you are going to sign up for a signature campaign and run an ad for a whole month, at least follow the rules of the campaign! I disqualified all three of the people that were due for payment today.

That's what happens when you buy accounts. You have no idea if theybe been used to scam or spam.
He's been banned for 60 days now anyway so he wont be joining anything for a while. That account used to belong to quite a prolific account farmer.

The account's ownership was transferred during enrollment. I shouldn't have to explicitly state this is not allowed because it is blatant manipulation of the program.
Both yourself and the original owner were asking me for that payment. Neither of you earned it legitimately, so neither of you received it.
You are allowed to enroll if you wish, but I see you've joined another campaign.

When that day has come, then you can start looking the spot and grab it as soon as possible

If you will really lucky then you will grab before the actual user who are already enrolled.
