Thanks for your vigilance and report. I've done a full background investigation and determined that these accounts are indeed two different owners that are closely related (apparently, family). These addresses are linked to each other (and a couple other addresses on my radar) mostly through Local Bitcoins and very small transactions. While this evidence does raise alarms, this case does not require any action.
I would have thought that since the 2 addresses were used in a single transaction, they would be from the same wallet and hence would be controlled by the same person. This evidence is usually conclusive if it was a scam report. But then again, it is your call.
You wouldn't want somebody claiming that different members in the family use the same bitcoin address....
On the subject of concurrent enrollments, request you to look into this - Kiraz and BitJack are alts of the same person, and have had concurrent enrollments for quite some time.

With BTC dropping in value and a lot of easier campaigns to get paid and such, this campaign is dying. Its good that the site's players are very in love with the site so you might get them to advertise for you but otherwise many will not.

I don't really understand why you would do this - it is more profitable to focus your effort on a single account and raise it to Senior status than spread your efforts across multiple accounts and risk getting them all flagged.
