I would suggest you to add some security features like 2FA authorization so that our account remains safe. And send a withdrawal confirmation email to make the site better and its features too...

your website need moderators , there is many spam at the chat
What kind of spams are there? Referral link spam of competitor sites or something like players begging for free coins?
Indeed, moderators needed to avoid any kinds of spam. It is annoying to see many people spamming on chat, at least they should be warned at first then be banned if they still continue spamming.

Your first problem was about too low transaction fee that made your money got confirmed too long but your newest problem seems to be an issue on their site because your withdrawal is not processed yet.
I would recommend other players to stop depositing your money into this site till all the issue fixed.

Therefore we have raised the transaction fee up to 0.0003 BTC per 1 KB.

Most likely the admin is still on long holidays, last active was 26th Dec. Is he want to be like the previous owner of luckballs.io who was not really active in this forum and on chat aswell then finally he's gone along with the site.

okay game gambling sites like this is really fun least I often get a victory than a defeat I get, it really fair
Gambling is always fun when you are winning,but that will never hold long enough because with a house edge you can't always win though, unless you have enough bankroll to play, may be you might have a chance to win like a lot. Dont ever think that a site is fair just because you get more win than lose, fair is based on provably fair system not based on your win. Indeed it is a fair site imho, but you should change your way of thinking about "fair".
