They can't possibly be this dumb, can they? It's not humanly possible to be this stupid.

the sad thing is people might see this as a buying opportunity Smiley  hope they are just pumping and dumping...

That shows that they don't actually believe a word out of the fucker's mouth, either, doesn't it?

We are the champions of the night
I recall a couple months ago when I was saying that GAW was just a tool for committing fraud and would be piled up with as much debt as possible and then discarded there were some simpletons saying ~"Nuh Uh! Why would he start a company to steal money, etc". You think Homero plans on paying this:

http://ia601506.us.archive.org/27/items/gov.uscourts.mssd.88839/gov.uscourts.mssd.88839.1.0.pdf

No fucking way. This will end up being ~$500,000. The power company will obviously win this, and when they try to collect they will have to pick over the bare bones of GAW, which Homero has blatantly stripped of assets (mainly during the $20 floor attempt where GAW coffers were dumped, most likely into his personal anonymous wallets buying up his own XPY) and will be declaring bankruptcy on in the near future.  Don't hold your breath about them being able to get to Homero's personal assets, either.

Homero won't even show up so they'll get the full default
Exactly he will just go on the run, maybe another "vacation".

LLC assets are all that can be taken, not personal assets... like the prime controllers that he's fighting to take back...

Unless fraud done by the CEO himself using the name of the LLC...

Take that with a grain of salt... I'm not a lawyer... I just stayed at a Holiday Inn Express....
That's only if you ran your company right.  Running it fraudulently is one of a few reasons that a LLC's protection can be rendered void

Josh only needs to dump... let's see...

346,000 / .36(.9275) = 1036239 XPY onto the market at current price in order to pay that bill... assuming a .25% fee to convert XPY to BTC and a 7% fee to convert BTC to USD...

.36? That is so yesterday  Grin

Giving the benefit of the market that someone would pay 36 cents per XPY @ just over 1 million coins...  Someone would do that, right?

I just captured the docket and documents with RECAP. Should be appearing on the Internet Archive site in a short while.

EDIT: http://ia601506.us.archive.org/27/items/gov.uscourts.mssd.88839/gov.uscourts.mssd.88839.docket.html

So ~1MW per month contract.  You can make a pretty good approximation as to how much HP they could have possibly had, and I don't believe it lines up with their claims.

273k total ouch Wink
This is still good news for GAWards since this is a proof of burning electricity, maybe, just maybe, there was some mining operation going. However, it is interesting that Fuel Charge is the biggest item.

this doesnt exactly make sense but what does from Mr. Garbozas mouth

basically Josh&Co have far more so the voting process is rigged and meaningless Smiley

That doesn't exactly make sense to me.  If Josh&Co have more vote control then why are they raising such a stink?  How I interpret it is:

There are Y Prime controllers.  11 are controlled by the foundation.  15 are controlled by GAW and Co.  Y-11-15 != 0, thus there are other PCs in existence, we'll call them Z.  So Y-Z-11-15 = 0. I assume that the Z PCs are owned, but not controlled by GAW, and by virtue of including Z PC's in the vote 11+(possibility of Z) > 15 when they should not have been, GAW and Co no longer have a majority since they aren't in control of Z PCs.

But I'm only loosely following this, so who knows.  What we should take away from this is that GAW and Co are pissed because the people that actually want a free and decentralized "people's money" are working to take away GAW and Co's free lunch (and centralized control).

edit:
if more than 1 entity has full access to a PC, how could the other entity enforce their dominance? that makes more sense to me
who told you to give people access Mr. Garbazzo

was the inflation really put out in the whitepaper anyway? i cant remember but i highly doubt it
