this is all a scam and a lie. all you are doing is delaying things.

you make 100 bitcoins i.e. 100k dollars a week and only have 12 agents?

people send  your complaints to www.finra.org

if i sold my apple  shares at a licensed firm you have to give me my money , stocks whatever by settlement.

you are dirty wall street fucks taking advantage of hot coins by not sending them when we request and fucking me out of my profits.

everyone contact www.finra.org  and file your complaints this place will be raided in no time.

you two jerk offs trying to do damage control is bullshit. get on our tickets and give us our money you fucking thieves

everyone contact www.finra.org  and file your complaints this place will be raided in no time.

same in windows, just tested it

also no debug window

Well I learn something new everyday. I find it odd it provides no txid. I was able to find them in the explorer and it appears it is an issue with our DVC wallet. I have vern working on it now

I ALREADY TOLD YOU LOOK AT EXPLORER

it shows:

1. coins were sent to 1KANMK6tKJHav78oh2Mbs4Ut8LvBp9jw6V

2. afterwards sent to elsewhere

3. 1KANMK6tKJHav78oh2Mbs4Ut8LvBp9jw6V is cryptsy address

4. show me my mistake

5. no way to get transaction id from client not mac and not windows or you tell me how to get it there is no debug window in neither of the clients nor can you right click any address or transaction

OK there is our confusion. I was under the impression you sent me the link to your local wallet in the explorer. This is my mistake. Im not familiar with the DVC clients but there is a way to get a txid which is the best way to look up a transaction.

Now that I know what im looking for ill see why they have not posted

CRYPTSY IS THE BEST

I agree with this on the stance that although people do have issues, most continue to use the exchange. I have no experience with the customer service side as I haven't had issues, but I'm also not trying to day-trade. People are free to stop using the exchange if it's "that bad". People use it because it's still "the best" for their needs. Everyone feels so entitled to everything. Yes I would be annoyed if $10k in coins disappeared, but I also believe it would be fixed, and I'd always have the choice of using a different Exchange. Coin not accepted elsewhere? Tough luck.

Simply - don't like it, use another exchange. That's my take on all the whining about Cryptsy.

Everyone is free to read the terms of use: https://www.cryptsy.com/pages/terms . Everything is pretty straightforward.

so i sent 776 devcoins to cryptsy address 1KANMK6tKJHav78oh2Mbs4Ut8LvBp9jw6V

now mullick says from this adress the funds went to another address which is odd because i did not send them there, and blockexplorer shows that they first were on the address 1KANMK6tKJHav78oh2Mbs4Ut8LvBp9jw6V before they got send elsewhere

look, maybe someone can explain what happened, the coins are gone

http://d.evco.in/abe/address/1KANMK6tKJHav78oh2Mbs4Ut8LvBp9jw6V

This is why I will need the txid for the transaction. Im not saying they are lost. Just that the inputs you mentioned were used in a transaction going to an address which is not your cryptsy deposit address

Hi mullick,

Yes, the balance is back. I'm glad that this is resolved. I was really afraid that i lost all my money. Please excuse my hysteria.

Is it safe to continue trading on Cryptsy? I just don't want to fall again in something like that. Maybe next time you guys don't find the problem and you'll tell me "Sorry"

I got my coins on several exchanges, but i never had such problems on other sites. I hope you get this running smooth soon.

If your ticket is more than 48 -72 hours old it should not be. Please contact me with the ticket # and I will look into it for you

Cryptsy has 12 support guys and still needs 48-72 hours to handle the current incoming tickets? Man, there is something badly going wrong with your site. How many people complain per day? 10,000?

Take some alt coins out if your site (and your supporters) can't handle them. In 48-72 hours a coin might have dropped to 0. But i assume you guys don't care a shit about that, as long as the trading fees are safe.

Don't ask here in the forums for the ticket(s) number. Just check your incoming emails and you will see them all.

I just hope that my 1.74 bitcoins are not lost. Actually it shows me 0 after making a small trade on EAC. Now it shows me some EAC but no more btc. Solve my tickets and let me go. I can't trust this site any more.

I will need a ticket # to assist you

Most of our 12 agents are still being trained in.

#75321 and #75338

There is another one #75289 but the above 2 are more important. Maybe 1.74 btc is not much for you, but for me it is.

Im showing an audit did correct your balance. If you have any more issues please contact me or file a support ticket if i am unavailable

502 issue fixed. As far as Cryptsy being the best I agree though I do get paid. I can assure you of one thing your coins are safe there and if you do have an issue you will be gotten to.

Can you please remove Cryptsy points? We don't want them - invest in better servers/staff instead.

I want it.. Send it to me Cheesy

1.74 BTC is more than whats in my account. It is never about the amount. All situations are dealt with regardless of value

It appears as though these tickets were filed 3 hours ago. We are working on a 24-48 hour turnaround right now. Ill have a look at those tickets for you now

I still have unanswered tickets and confirmed pending withdraws from the 16th. I am receiving NO confirmation emails effectively trapping me in your collapsing exchange. You people are underestimating the damage this is doing to your reputation and by the time you realize it, it won't matter how well your servers work, no one will trust you with their money.

If these are IFC withdrawals we are working on the input spam and hopefully will have it resolved soon. The wallet is filled with mostly tiny inputs making almost all withdrawals too large to fit into a block. Ill get vern to post an update today hopefully
