Ronaldo had a successful season for himself. Manchester was not in a good shape anyway. Because of the media, they declared Ronaldo responsible for this. I think this is unfair to Ronaldo. The 37-year-old plays football at a high level. As your friend said, they should look at the mistakes in defense first. Then let them criticize Ronaldo.
For a player like Ronaldo, I doubt if last season was successful because, as you stated, Manchester United relies on Ronaldo, which is why they ended up in the Europa League. They started the season very well, with hopes of winning the trophy, but something happened along the way, and the team deformed, and all hope was placed on Ronaldo. As a world-class player, he should have devised his own strategies to secure the team, but he couldn't because he just wanted to live.
I find it strange now that Manchester United's failure is like the one caused by Cristiano Ronaldo, when Ronaldo gave the best he had. If we look back at the time he was at Real Madrid he gave something extraordinary because it was supported by a good team performance. So it can be said that the problem here is not actually Ronaldo, but the team itself.

Chelsea is the ideal club candidate if Ronaldo wants to target the Champions League. If many things can no longer be expected then there is no reason for Ronsldo to remain at Manchester United who are so slow to make changes. Moreover, seeing the competition from other clubs looks so aggressive in increasing the squad, Ronaldo also doesn't want to waste his potential. Like it or not, the Champions League Chelsea has to offer is the best option to take rather than nothing.

Chelsea is the one who have strong rumor linking with Ronaldo but honestly I still have my doubts that he will move over to another title rival of United. Yes, Ronaldo has no options but given his history with United I still have my doubts and which is why I think it is a way Ronaldo is pushing United to make some good transfers in the transfer window. Once they get a good player then I think they will be able to convince Ronaldo to stay at United.

I don't know what's the problem with Man United. The club doesn't seem so aggressive about improving its squad before the season starts. One of Ronaldo's disappointments regarding club management is that there has been no significant improvement. But when Man United is finally willing to let Ronaldo go, I think there will be attractive offers from clubs other than Chelsea. Munich doesn't seem like a good club for Ronaldo. he will get his new club as soon as Man United is willing to let him go.

Manchester United's move in the transfer market this time was not as smooth as its rival team, a number of players who were the target of Manchester United rejected the offer submitted because they did not appear in the Champions League. The situation experienced by Manchester United looks worrying when compared to Manchester City and Liverpool who have already got their coveted player. In the last few weeks, Manchester United has been linked with a number of players, but Manchester United have not yet found the player they are looking for, they only approach the player or make an offer, but nothing has actually been obtained.

I think there are two factors that make Manchester United less aggressive in signing players.
First, Manchester United are more careful because they don't want to repeat the same mistakes as in recent years, Manchester United tend to make mistakes when signing players, and the results are very disappointing.
Second, Manchester United cannot offer to play in the Champions League, so it is difficult for top players to accept offers from Manchester United.

Having a name with a star label is one of the reasons why Ronaldo became a "scapegoat" for the failure of Manchester United. But if they look at the whole thing, I think they will realize who is responsible for all of this. It is proven by changing their coaching spears twice, they still have not been able to lift the team's performance.

Manchester United still need his contribution so he will not be sold for now or even next season. Look at the changes in the half of the season after Ronaldo arrived, so how can management not respect that and let the star go?
Talking about finances, it can be discussed with Ronaldo's side without having to let him go. To this day I have not seen a strong reason why he should leave Man United
The confusion in the news is that Ronaldo can no longer be detained, even though Manchester United has given him a large space several times. However, Ronaldo's wishes are difficult to refute because Ronaldo feels Manchester United is no longer in line with the expectations he had hoped for. The lack of support for Erik Ten Hag also made Ronaldo unable to hope for more. After all, Chelsea offers something that could take Ronaldo to the Champions League more easily.
Had Ronaldo move to Manchester City he would have done better. Ronaldo is underappreciated at Manchester United, he is the one that gets the blame when they lose. The fans forget prior to Ronaldo's arrival, Manchester United were already disrupted. It's applaudable that he is able to perform at the age of 37. Instead Ronaldo is getting all the criticism for Manchester United failure, the other players didn't perform Maguire wasn't flawless last season. Manchester United had problems in their defense under Ralf Ragnick it is difficult to fault Ronaldo when he has scored as much goal as he has. In my opinion Ronaldo did his job really well

Ten Hag hopes Ronaldo stays at Manchester United and I think he has said that to management. I don't imagine Ronaldo having to move to Chelsea just to fulfill his desire to play in the Champions League and I haven't even read the news about it today. Chelsea do need a striker this season especially as they have loaned out Lukaku to Inter, so perhaps they will take advantage of Ronaldo's situation at Manchester United who has expressed his desire to be sold.

Ronaldo is old but he can still play at the same level as other young players. But of course I think its performance will decrease with age. So if Chelsea want to offer him a contract then it's only for the short term in my opinion.

I read the latest rumors that Manchester United has softened with Ronaldo's attitude asking to move, MU is ready to listen to offers that come in for Ronaldo. although so far no team is really interested in the services of ronaldo except chelsea. I think if ronaldo does move maybe chelsea is his final destination. Seeing that Bayern Munich has openly refused, even though there are still Barcelona in contact with Mendes, however, Barcelona is going through a financial crisis which will definitely think twice before bringing Ronaldo to Barcelona. if ronaldo moves from Manchester United, United must find a commensurate replacement

It's so sad to see Jack Wilshere retire at such a young age Jack Wilshere football career taught me a great life lesson. I never dream that promising talent will be without a club at the age of 29 and retired at the age of 30. Arsenal is set to name him their under 18 coach. Jack Wilshere was an outstanding talent, who I think would have achieved more world wide recognition of his ability on the ball, if not for injuries he would have reached the peak of his career before retirement. I hope he continues his football legacy in coaching and achieve the highest standard possible

I can't think why Chelsea would want Ronaldo. He's too big a name, if you have him then you have to build the team around him... but he's no longer good enough for a team like Chelsea to be built around, particularly as he's nearing the end of his career. I can't see him moving to a Champions League club in England. These are huge clubs that would be destabilising themselves just for maybe one or two years of a Ronaldo who is already some way past his peak.

today we have friendly game:

1 FC Nuremberg - Arsenal FC

these games will be good for the Arsenal coach to be able to collect data: to know the strengths and weaknesses of the team, to know how to integrate each player, to observe how each player will do when playing with teammate. I read that the Gabriel jesus will be able to play right away, I'll look for where I can watch this game, since in the places I watch the games they won't show this game, it seems that the channels that broadcast games don't have much interest in showing friendly games

I bet on the arsenal. I thought that this season Arsenal can reach a better position compared to last season. this time they have a chance to reach the champions league

The lack of support for Erik Ten Hag also made Ronaldo unable to hope for more. After all, Chelsea offers something that could take Ronaldo to the Champions League more easily.

If the champions league is the main thing offered to ronaldo, chelsea is not the right choice because it will cause conflict for his career because choose a man united rival as next home. Regarding erik ten hag, they just met I feel it is too soon to assume the lack of support from the coach for ronaldo, on the contrary I feel erik ten hag expect ronaldo to stay there and help him bring the red devils back to the top of the Premier League

did he think that with his move to manchester united he would be able to reach the champions league or his problem is because manchester united is not bringing great players like other teams are doing?

Currently Manchester United is still showing vulnerability after losing Ronaldo, no one can replace his position. Rashford is still early to become the main striker if there is no partner who can supply the ball. With Ronaldo sale at this time, maybe the Man United manager can have a little picture of young players, for example from Italy or Francis who wants to be in the Premier League.

For now there is no one who can replace a decent position if Ronaldo does leave Manchester United, likely will be more weaker than last season. MU must consider about how to make their team better this season by make a transfers as expected by Ronaldo. If MU board and coach doesn't care about this, MU has the potential to return to a position that is not in line with player expectations. Maybe now Ronaldo is the one who is annoyed, but if Manchester United stay like this for 2 seasons in a row, I'm sure there are many other players who will follow Ronaldo's decision to leave.

Wissam Ben Yedder seems like a target for Manchester United according to a rumour came out today. We all have heard about Ronaldo's intention to leave and Manchester United seem willing to listen to offers from now on as well. They will need to bring a solid centre-forward to be able to fill Ronaldo's place as good as possible. Ben Yedder might be one of the good choices too actually. He is a very experienced player and he is really good at finishing too. He scored 25 goals in the Ligue 1 last season.

Not only Manchester United, Wolverhampton are also reportedly interested in bringing Ben Yedder to the Molineux stadium. Ben Yedder is a great striker, he even became a mainstay player at Toulouse, Sevilla and Monaco. Maybe we'll see the finalization of Ben Yedder's transfer soon, whether it's to Manchester United or Wolverhamton. As we know that AS Monaco is a club that really likes money in the transfer window

It's not only Chelsea who are late in moving to add ammunition, Manchester United is even later in my opinion than the Blues. The reason is that until now they have only grappled with rumors, after other clubs officially introduced players who will be part of their squad. Even now circulating unpleasant rumors that cause their star player, Ronaldo wants to leave Old Trafford.
in this transfers season, some clubs are faster in spending on players because they are financially stronger and there are no problems with their clubs. but some clubs perform slowly in the transfer window due to financial problems and internal problems that must be resolved before they can really focus on signing players. So don't be surprised if Manchester United is moving slowly because they previously focused more on finding a coach (Erik Ten Hag) before focusing on finding players in the transfer window. Now Erik will strategize in this transfer window they will bring in several players to strengthen their front lines and their back side.

The impact would be enormous if Ronaldo actually left Man United, because for now only Marcus Rashford striker is available who can replace Ronaldo.
Even then Rashford's performance is on the decline right now. So indeed Man United must immediately find a replacement for Ronaldo. Many rumors
have sprung up regarding the striker who will be targeted by Man United to replace Ronaldo, and one of them was a rumor that said Brian Brobbey
was intrigued by Erik ten Hag. It is very natural that Ten Hag wants Brobbey who is currently playing at Leipzig, because Brobbey is a former Ajax player,
even rumors that Ajax also want to buy Brobbey again from Leipzig. But Brian Brobbey is too young to be Ronaldo's replacement and it's not the right
choice in my opinion. Erik ten Hag must look for a striker who is more mature in age and also has qualities that are not much different from Ronaldo.
