They are Legends of Real Madrid for they can stay a year further together in with Real Madrid. Real Madrid can now let go of these players who have made history together with the club.

Modric is a smart midfielder for Real Madrid. Leading the Croatian side and to be runner up during the Last two world cup games. Modric cam still.do same but not to the Croatia way no more.
Modric wealth of experience is still needed by Real Madrid because of his ability to read games and his presence in the team during matches would in a long run help the young players in the squad to grow therefore there is the need to extend his contract in Real Madrid, Moreso youngsters like Camavinga, Federico Valverde, Aurélien Tchouaméni even Jude Bellingham needed some nurturing by Modric thus the squad needed much time to bring the best out from those youngsters before releasing Modric personally I prefer him to Kross because of his long range accurate passes which provides most assists for their scorers.

Modric is a game changer, how they were able to convince him to stay shows how relevance he is to the club and it's not surprising because despite his mate all left the club, he is still around improving Real Madrid style. However, I think Modric is made to be more of assists than goal scorers while Bellingham should be a prioritize as striker if he improve his game in Real Madrid. I could remember that Benzema was was once playing winger for Real Madrid back then when Ronaldo was still in his prime but as time goes on, he developed interest in playing as a striker and that has change his performance today.

Modric only have few years if not less than 2, because if indeed they want him for long time, the last contract he signed would have been for long period but was just a year contract that will last until June 2024. Who knows if he is going to live Spain finally and retire in Saudi Arabia to enjoy his share of the national cake of retirement because 37 is really high unless he is no Real Madrid family.

It is certain that Julian Nagelsmann will fill the seat of German national team coach in the near future and he will get a short-term deal until Euro 2024 ends. It seems that the rumors circulating previously have now been answered and the former Bayern Munich coach will soon take charge of the German national team. I think it was the right decision taken by the DFB to appoint Julian Nagelsmann as the new German coach because even though he is still young, his achievements are already quite good. Moreover, he already knows the characteristics of the players in the squad so it will be easier for him to process them. Maybe my only hope is that Julian Nagelsmann will be able to achieve good results with the German national team at Euro 2024, especially as hosts, Germany cannot be eliminated first.

Taking over from former Bayern Munich Coach Hansi Flick I do not want to see him following through the footsteps of the former Manager. He should have a great time managing set of players he knows.
This is a coach I was also begging to see Chelsea sign but they do not see potentials. Now he is around good set of players it will only take him some time to drop some old players like Toni Kroos and forge ahead with new and young players.
The next Euro's will not be achieved by Germany they do not look deadly like the squad that won the 2014 world cup.

He's a fantastic boss and tactician, achieving great things with Bayern Munich. Bayern shouldn't have let him go in the first place anyway. What he has achieved over the years is truly remarkable. This man is set to elevate German football to new heights. Julian Nagelsmann was the top choice from the beginning. The DFB appoint him to reignite the team's spirit with his youthful enthusiasm. He deserves this position, and I believe this is even more prestigious than being a club coach. This is just the beginning.

The sad thing about him if he has been sacked by bayern with non sense season. Naglesmann can still become a coach for bayern if the club was not using non sense reason to sack him last season. I hope that naglesmann will become a new appointment for german national club.
The club really needs someone who can change the gameplay of club to be even better. It will be good to see him as a new coach for german national club.
I hope DFL will approve him.

Im not surprised by Pep Guardiola's success with Manchester City. He makes good decisions, especially when signing fresh players. Doku and Nunez demonstrate how he recruits talented players. I think Pep picks guys to make the club more competitive, not at random. Because no one wants to be benched, every player improves.
Manchester City did not achieve much by winning the Champions League, according to Pep Guardiola. It is clear from his words that he wants to make this team stronger and he wants to make this team more consistent so that this team does not just win the Champions League trophy for one season, they become a consistent team in the Champions League. With Manchester City having some injury problems at the moment, bench players are getting the chance to perform on the field instead of the main players and they are performing on the field. This season there is no chance to bring any new players into the team but at the end of the season Pep Guardiola tried to strengthen his midfield but was not successful. If their performance is poor this season, they will certainly make several transfers in the next season to improve the team's performance.

It's going to be fifty-fifty in my opinion.
Modric might get his contract extended but he might not. He is one of Madrid's greatest midfielders and deserves to be aligned with other legends especially with his loyalty to Madrid which has been more than a decade I think he deserves the status of a Madrid legend but in this case the age aspect must also be considered because Modric is no longer young. Not that Madrid is selfish not to extend the contract of Modric but of course in this case we must realize that competition is very important. In the end it will be the same as when Marcelo was let go or Sergio and maybe looking further is Raul who was let go.
They will still be legends but that doesn't mean they have to stay at Madrid forever because performance must also be seen even though Modric is still useful but next season Modric will be much older.

For me, I hope Real Madrid continues to extend Modric's contract. But even though he is currently not healthy enough to play until the end of the match. Now, he alone can guide young players at Real Madrid. They have excellent rookies but need more bravery to face strong clubs. Real Madrid will have a confused squad when meeting those opponents. Modric will be a source of direction for young rookies to shine freely.
As for Modric, I will ask him to retire from the national team, and I need him to devote all his heart and strength to Real Madrid.
[/quote]
Real Madrid have started to focus on recruiting young midfielders like Modric in recent seasons, and it is certainly intended to replace Modric as he continues to age. As I said before, it will be a 50/50 chance whether he will get a new contract extension or not. We have also seen several players who have always gotten the main place slowly released by Real Madrid, one of which is due to the age factor. Interestingly, they also have a good new midfielder in Jude Bellingham, a player they just signed this season.

This is part of regeneration and it must be done and they are very smart because they regenerate when their mainstay players are still in the squad.

According to current rumors, Julian Nagelsmann is reportedly close to becoming Der Panzer's new coach. Hansi Flick was terminated at the beginning of last month, after suffering from a series of bad results.
Bild reports that the German national team is close to choosing a new coach. and Julian Nagelsmann, reportedly will be appointed as the new coach of the German national team. According to the report, Nageslamann's name was projected to be the new coach of the German national team from the start. This is natural, considering that Nagelsmann has a good track record as a coach. He has an impressive record since coaching Hoffenheim, RB Leipzig and Bayern Munich. plus, Nagelsmann is unemployed. So, the DFB considers that the 36 year old coach will be a good option for them.

Well, to be honest, I really doubt that Nagelsmann will become Der Panzer's coach. He is still very young and must be able to manage the dressing room or the German national team players in the future. like during his time with Bayern, internal problems in the dressing room were widely the trigger for his dismissal. But in terms of his track record and abilities as a coach, I don't doubt Nagelsmann. he is a young coach who has many modern football strategies and philosophies. But we'll see whether he will officially become the coach of the German national team. and if yes, how much potential does he have in bringing Der Panzer under his care. and this will really be a new experience for him.

Modric and Kroos will be role models on the pitch and in the dressing room, the term being an extension of the coach's communication. The point is very correct, these two senior players will help in the development of the younger players, especially before they leave. It could be said that Madrid is forming and preparing for its transition period well, extending the contracts of these two players will have a big influence on the overall mentality and motivation of the players.

Not all talented young players have a good mentality, when the intensity of the game is high and full of pressure, players like Modric and Kroos take on the role of role models. For example, Chelsea, which built a team with a young squad and missed almost all the senior players, ultimately looked chaotic and unbalanced.

Real Madrid might extend Modric's contract according to some rumours. However I don't think this will happen. Maybe Kroos would stay for one more season at least. But Modric is way older than him now. I think it is time for Real Madrid to part ways with Modric and give more chances to younger midfielders.

But I must really admit that Modric is still doing really good. It has been a great joy to watch him at Croatia recently. He can still have even more than a full match on the pitch as we have seen him play for 120 minutes for Croatia recently.

Pep Guardiola is always right and doesnt rush when he wants to choose players to buy from other clubs because Guardiola as an experienced coach always prioritizes the quality of talent that can fill empty places at the City club so whatever happens when new players arrive they always make a very good contribution to the team. the club.
Regarding the current problem that is occurring, Chelsea performance is not getting better, I think I would agree that Todd would be better off retaining Mauricio Pochettino because if he were to replace a new coach again it would take a long time to adapt and I'm sure that even though Pochettino does no have much experience, he has reliability in terms of strategy for Chelsea player and I will see if Chelsea will improve as the end of this season approaches
.

Liverpool remained with Klopp through good times and bad, even though sacking coaches often weakens teams. Im worried about Chelsea under Pochettino. Though new, his intentions haven't gone as planned. Progress should have increased by now, right?

It's good because he every managed Bayern Munich, so he already know the capability of the players and also with other Germany players. Nagelsmann could become the best youngest coach in the world if he successfully brought German at least enter semi final at Euro 2024. German always get eliminated too early, not like when they were in the last decade. German problem is same like England, they have many quality players but bad coaches.

This summer, Lucas Paqueta almost joined Manchester City, but considering that his negotiations failed at the appointed time, he had to stay at West Ham. The latest rumors say that Newcastle are interested in bringing in Lucas Paqueta in January and he is one of the players Eddie Howie wants. Newcastle is even willing to offer a big deal to ensure this transfer goes smoothly and it seems we don't need to doubt Newcastle because they have a very rich owner.
Paqueta was an over rated guy, his price is not even worth with his skill. Manchester city has been taking the right choice in picking doku instead of him. I don't know why but this seems weird. I meant newcastle had gordon that was always playing so well and why does the club need paqueta?
Newcastle is not need paqueta at this moment but the club needs to get a new coach which has capability in maximizing the performance from the available players in the club. It looks so pathetic to see that how eddie keeps try to waste more money to buy the new player.
Eddie must aware if himself has no capability in coaching the new castle. His mission is now even bigger compared with last season. newcastle was also getting some bad performances in EPL.
I would like to see him stay in westham rather than go to the newcastle. Newcastle has gordon and it's more than enough for the club. I think if paqueta will be used as gordon's back up only.
It will disappoint to see him move to the newcastle. He will get less time to play in newcastle.

This is what we read when someone knows little or nothing about the particular player, from today make sure you watch him pressing, tackling and team work. He has been compared to Bernardo Silva for his qualities. Brazilians are blessed he is the nearest player to replace Silva if he had left when Barcelona made him a hot target.
If what you said was true, then pep would pick him. Being compared with silva doesn't mean he was as good as silva.
It's funny how you said you knew everything about him while city humiliated westham even when moyes's club was playing at home.  Cheesy
Silva was still able to play. There's no need to replace him at this moment. Paqueta was going to take over KDB's spot, but Pep was aware of his poor character and ongoing investigations by local authorities and the FA.
He may get the same sanction like what already received by ivan tooney.

Paqueta was a flop when he was playing for lyon and acmilan. His performance was only a bit better when he has been doing his debut with westham last year but it doesn't mean he is the best guy to replace KDB. His level is far below KDB.

Westham and David Moyes knows the worth of the player it is the reason why they raised his fee so high to delay Man City signing out one of the finest midfielders they have. He deserves a big club still city should have taken him over Kovacic.
City was the smartest club in EPL. Pep knew better than moyes in recruiting the best player for manchester city.

During the last month in the transfer window, many players in Europe left to teams and they joined the Saudi League to earn more money.
Some players took this decision and joined the Saudi Leageu because of the other players who joined this league.
Aleksandar Mitrović is a player who left his team and currently playing for Al Hilal in the Saudi League, he said Dušan Vlahović, another Serbian player to joined the Saudi teams, and Vlahović asked him about his situation in Al Hilal.

It seems like that vlahovic is not so happy stay at juventus at this moment. Juventus has been always trying to offer him to the various club but juventus's offer always been rejected by the various clubs like chelsea.
It will be disappointed if vlahovic will decide to leave from juventus to join in the al hilal but if it will be his decision and i can only put all of my respects to his decision. Vlahovic is still young enough.
The only problem if juventus puts non sense price for his clause. Vlahovic will able to get the new club easily if his price will be decreased by juventus. As you can see that if vlahovic is still useful even for the club who didn't like him to stay.
It's tiem for vlahovic to think about his future. Vlahovic can start to give pressure to the juventus in decreasing his release clause. Im sure there will be a lot of clubs will try to get him from juventus. Vlahovic can force juventus to do that in january.
He really needs to find suitable club for himself.

Guardiola will try to repeat the same thing again. Manchester city's prime reminds me with real madrid's prime when ronaldo was winning UCL three times in a row. It's pretty similar to the manchester city.
I hope that guardiola will put three times treble winners as its target for manchester city. It will be so crazy to see that happens on manchester city.
It's not possible because Pep will manage England national team if he successfully brought Manchester City win Premier League and Champions League. There have been a lot rumor Pep will join England because until now England always sign poor coach when they have many star players.

He already successful in managing club, now it's the turn for him to proof if he's able to manage national team.
In as much as England has good players and is in need of a better coach, Pep has individual accolades to win for himself rather chassing another nation's honour. If by Chance Pep wins the Champions League of this season, he will likely go for Zidane's trio and if he accomplishes the trio challenge, he will like to add 1 more. That is the nature of man and his challenges.
Manchester City is paying Pep very well, don't expect him to leave City in a haste and start to gamble around. Pep is already a big bird in the coaching world, so he will like to set records.

There's no confirmation has been coming from pep regarding him to be linked with england national club. Gareth southgate will be leaving from the club after euro 2024 but england has not yet tried to approach pep.
I can't even speculate his future. Pep may also reject england's offer as well. I remember he has been committing to coaching manchester city till end of his contract. In fact, pep is always aiming to break more and more record.
I think that england needs also to find an alternative plan once pep will be rejecting it.
Seems good opportunity for England national teams winning trophies if Pep Guardiola agree become England head coach, but he still has contract with Manchester City and difficult for replacing Pep Guardiola position have success winning many tittles for City from Premier League until most dreaming tittle UEFA Champion League.

FA have one year left looking for position leaving by Gareth Southgate after announcing he will not extend his contract will over after EURO 2024. Pep Guardiola is most manager dreaming not only by club but also for national team, but I am less interested if Pep Guardiola only focus to be national team head coach because he was success manager with all club ever become manager from Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

With the current conditions, I don't think we should be able to distinguish between the past and the present.
A few seasons ago this strategy might still end with good results as we know where there are a series of great coaches who have been at Chelsea but now it is difficult to happen again.
The reason is because currently Chelsea do not have staff who can be considered reliable like Cech for technical advisors and team performance or the loss of Bruce Buck and Marina Granovskaia from the ranks of Chelsea officials.

Even though they are behind the scenes but in this case we must realize that their role is really very good for Chelsea so that the strategy of changing either coaches or players can still be done because their planning is mature but now they make changes and reshuffles based on desperation for something instant not mature planning.
this is a normal condition that Chelsea is currently experiencing and perhaps will also be experienced by several other teams when every season the players and coaches always change which causes a much different performance update and as we can see, it is not only Chelsea, but Man United is one of them. In all of these conditions, the main key is actually in the management that manages the finances. I mean if management can really manage the finances to buy players and contract the right coach for the team, I am sure a team will never experience a very drastic decline in performance like what Chelsea experienced at the time and also Man United which is experiencing a decline in performance.
this will be a challenge that must be solved by the coach of each team to find ways to improve the performance of their players to strengthen the team in the future.

Draxler was actually a football player that I found successful, but he could not hold on to PSG. He looked like an average player with average stats. I'm sure he will be much more successful in Qatar. However, as a result of this offer from Qatar, PSG's Qatari owner is under suspicion. If there is an illegal transfer as a result of the investigation, it will be a big risk for PSG.

But what do you mean by successful? It's correct that he had his successes here and there and it would be wrong to say he failed in his career, but his goal was to go to a European top club and become the number one choice on his position. I think he never achieved that and he played a little bit less than 80 full 90 minute games. I am not counting substitutions here, just did the maths on full 90 minute games. That was in 6 years and he scored less than 3 goals per year and he played about 13 full games per year during his engagement at PSG. Of course that has to be respected as well because first of all someone has to make it to PSG, but I think his real plans didn't really come true.

I've said before that changing coaches too soon won't help them improve their performance and that's still true now.
Todd should be aware that the number of times he changed coaches during his tenure at Chelsea but the results remained the same and nothing has changed in this regard so removing Pochettino at this time is also not the right answer to improve the club.

Charging coach isn't good but that's the strategy Chelsea has been using for the past 20 years and  it has been working for them. In the tenure of the past owner, we changed manager whenever things weren't working for us and the new manager always delivered so probably that's what Todd Boehly is going with changing managers. He really need to rethink because probably changing managers isn't going to be what will work for him, he should try giving one manager enough time to try to fix things. The previous managers before Pochettino weren't qualified managers therefore sacking them was understandable but he shouldn't do the same to Pochettino but give him time to prove his worth.

With the current conditions, I don't think we should be able to distinguish between the past and the present.
