Hopefully this is a good decision for Barcelona but honestly I still feel it's a bad decision to let Xavi go.
They are planning on bringing back Luis Enrique so yeah it could be a good decision for them. Xavi is a good coach but a club like Barcelona doesnt really allow him to take his sweet time as they need an instant results. Im not sure if its going to Luis Enrique but rumours are spreading around that its going to him so that means PSG will need to find another one to replace him
Currently, the news about Xavi's replacement is actually confusing because we know that there are several names that have been linked back to Barcelona after Xavi agreed to step down from the coaching chair next season because apart from Enrique in the end we also saw the name Tuchel as one of the strongest candidates to replace Xavi afterwards.
But indeed this is only speculation that is not yet clear where it will go so it is difficult for us to validate it other than by waiting for what Barcelona will do next season but honestly this will change the shape of Barcelona and it could be an increasingly complicated situation for Barcelona next season because the transition with all the limitations they have can be a difficult situation.
All fans want their beloved club to always be in a good and favourable situation but in this case I quite agree that if because of this they try to say Xavi is a bad coach then it is like an ungrateful situation that Barcelona fans are doing.
Xavi has fought and contributed quite well and the fact that the La Liga title last season is actually proof that he contributed a lot.
This season he's not doing so well but that's due to a number of reasons such as the limping players and the financial situation that Barcelona can't anticipate well which makes Xavi seem like a bad person at the moment.
Hopefully this is a good decision for Barcelona but honestly I still feel it's a bad decision to let Xavi go.
I believe same man, I have always protested how he should be given more time because he got to win the La Liga League Competition tittle last season. Ain't that enough backing for Xavi Hernandez already if he's already having a tiring and suffocating season?
Since he doesn't wants to cause the club anymore disturbance and harm, he has decided to leave completely and it has been a wise call.
Hansi Flick the former Bayern Munich Manager who won them the treble that same season has been finally named to be his replacement. What we believe at this point I don't know. But May and August will know.
He was under too much pressure to be perfect in training under conditions that were actually difficult because the resources Barcelona had were really poor.
By now, we know that the conditions for Barcelona will complicate the transition to a new coach but the decision has already been made. Xavi loves the club too much and he doesn't want to see Barcelona fall apart under him so it's commendable what he's decided to do.
As for the names of the current coaches, I actually still feel it's the same where we just have to wait to see what Barcelona will do because there are too many names being linked in the speculation of Xavi's replacement next season.
