Anybody here experienced getting logged out but can no longer sign in on their account?
I'm using secured Brave browser.
No email on password change or withdrawals received.
I'm cautious on phishing emails and not really interested on clicking suspicious links.
Password reset request does not work and no email for password reset is received.
Is it possible that this is an inside job?
I think you should first of all find a way to confirm that you are or were hacked before you begin to debate whether it's an insider job or not.
But what I do know is that, if you being logged out and not allowed to login back was as a result of your account being hacked, then you should have gotten a password reset email when the hacker was trying to change your password, and this also should mean that he also hacked your email address as well.
But since as stated by you, you are still logged into the email account associated with your freebitco account, and no such email of password change was received, I think your account wasn't hacked, you being logged out and can't get back in May as well be a network issue.
But then, if you are sure it's not a network issue, then maybe you account is deleted for some reasons, if you still can't login, you might want to contact support to find out the reason why.
And here is another problem, support may never reply you, but still try, may you will be lucky.
