Conte to Chelsea in this era is the wrong move and that will definitely send Chelsea closer to relegation; the squad is very younge and also expensive; Chelsea needs a good tactician and great manager to manage the squad, nagglesman comes to mind tbh
Conte won’t fit well at all
First of all, you're a bloody shit poster, and you literally have no idea how football works. The age of the coach cannot be used to judge how much success the coach will get.
So what is the age difference between Josep Pep Guardiola and Antonio Conte. You are just here to spam and write whatever you like and I don't have to worry myself over your shiit.
I think you're being hard on @ampere, fine you might know much about football than he does but that doesn't mean he can't say things the way he knows, all you need is put him in line brother, not calling him shit poster, he's entitled to his own opinion.
In your own case @ampere never said anything about Conte's age, he only said the players are young and they need a coach with good tactics.
Conte to Chelsea is really a bad move and I support @
ampere on that because he (AntonioConte) can't go back to his vomit, instead of him going to Chelsea I prefer him to be the manager of Juventus, there he can get players he want on like Chelsea where the owner will dictate who comes in, that's not the kind of man Conte is and there would be problem between both parties. Antonio Conte is stubborn, doesn't like to be controlled, he'll always speak his mind and he can't sign such contract, who knows if that why Pochettino left the job, because I feel he wanted to stay maybe the terms and conditions given to him wasn't favorable to him.
How can you say they'll be relegated with Antonio Conte? He is even far more better than any of the listed names to replace Mauricio Pochetino for next season.
Another good option would be Roberto De Zebri who recently left Brighton. These are solid tacticians of the game ans you have to out respect of their names.
Chelsea will be bigger and better this time around and going to relegation is far from what they have in mind, before this season Chelsea has already smelled the relegation zone but coming to say they'll visit that spot again is not happening. Roberto De Zebri is a fine coach and from the looks of things I think he'll be the man for the job, the only reason why he didn't success at Brighton is because those players lost their fighting spirit, that winning mentality left them last season, so having such players at Chelsea and his style of play I feel they'll adapt and it will make the Blues stronger next season.
Chelsea problems for me has to be Todd Boehly, he needs to maintain his role as co owner of the club and let those footballing directors do their job. The club has not seen improvement since he bought the club.
Honestly the man killed the energy at Chelsea and he doesn't know how to handle a football club, is not all about having the money to get any player but let the coach decide on who he wants to work with. But I think he has learnt his lessons some how, after all the players he got not all has live up to expectations, some body with footballing experience need to be showering him with advice if not players are ready to leave and even fake their injury and in that Chelsea squad I don't see a leader in any of those guys selected as captains. Things need to change especially the thinking of Todd Boehly.
