Everyone wants to believe that ten Hag will eventually be able to achieve the same progress as Arteta, but it seems to me that such examples are exceptions, if the coach could not achieve progress in several seasons, then there is no need to wait for any fundamental changes, maybe Manchester United will be more lucky and next season they will be able to be in the Champions League zone, but I don’t believe that they will be able compete with City. The management of Manchester United likes to give one more chance, this was the case with previous coaches, but we saw what it led to.
Ten Hag achieved twoFA Cup trophies, while Arteta is yet to achieve any trophy, he only won community shield trophy despite all his good performance in the team.
I know that Arteta has made Arsenal more competitive in both Premier League and other competitions, he has made Arsenal another team to be afraid of playing against because they really wants to win something for the team by next season. Ten Hag has failed to balance his players and team just because of his personal relationship with players, and he didn’t have a good coach tactics that will help the team to defeat opponent despite all the net spend during the transfer marke.

Manchester United, who still entrust their team to Ten Hag, will definitely try to fully support Ten Hag to fulfill their ambitions next season, last season was certainly the most disappointing season for Manchester United, even though they were able to win the FA trophy but ended the season outside the Champions League zone is not the achievement they expected, Manchester United of course currently has very big ambitions to restore their glory, so it is very natural that Manchester United is starting to give ten hag the freedom to recruit staff and also players who are considered capable of making Manchester United become a great team again will be respected in the English and European leagues later.
The decision of Manchester United management to give Ten Hag time again next season to train all the players in the team is quite a wise decision. Because after all, each team must have patience in waiting for good results and this will of course be achieved through a long process by all teams. So the decision to keep the old coach on the team is not a bad decision and other people will not immediately blame the team management if Ten Hag is again unsuccessful in coaching the Manchester United team next season.
Ten Hag should be able able to do better next season by improving the quality and performance of the team because he has spent some time with them and should know where the laxity is and how to tackle it. It is not that easy for a new coach to come into a club that is not a good form and win the league with the team without reviving the team.

I am not expecting much from Ten Hag next season so that I will not be disappointed in him because he might not perform as expected next season but he will do better than this season. If he doesn't I don't know what will be his fate in Manchester united.

Yes, buying players will not be a guarantee that the team will get good results because after all, in the last transfer window Chelsea also managed to buy players but in reality they needed adaptation to get good results. So, about Chelsea's success in buying players at this moment, it is just a quick transfer because basically Chelsea also has good finances. Therefore, it looks like it will be easy for Chelsea to get the players they want, moreover the price is still suitable and not too expensive like the previous rumors about signing Osimhen. But yes, in essence there is still no guarantee Chelsea will get good results next season just by getting players faster than other teams.
Chelsea wants to be like Real Madrid in the past, when a club brings in great players then their performance will increase significantly but unfortunately that didn't happen for Chelsea. Everything takes time between coaches and players especially in the Premier League competition and pressure can disrupt their concentration, Chelsea have failed for 2 seasons in building a squad and they want to repeat it next season, do you think Chelsea will succeed or make progress?  in the first season with a new coach I wasn't too sure but in season 2 it might be possible.

If a new coach wants to build a strong team, he must be given time. Stabilizing a team is not an easy task. It needs a long time. But Chelsea management wants to reap the rewards quickly. This is never possible. If a team grows strong too quickly, it is likely to fall too quickly.

Chelsea's overall performance under Pochettino at the start of the previous season was poor. But at the end of the season we saw a great performance from Chelsea. If Pochettino had been Chelsea's coach at the beginning of this season, the Chelsea team had the potential to improve. But Chelsea management changed the coach again. It is too early to predict whether the new coach will succeed with Chelsea.

I don’t think Ten Hag won’t be blamed if he failed to make the team more successful than they are the last season. He was given a chance in order to improve the condition of the team and if he can’t do as wanted, I think they’ll just have to sack him by the end of next season. It was a good idea to keep him for another season and not sack him as other teams are doing to their coaches, building a strong and reputable team to reckon on for long usually takes a lot of time and much dedication from the players and coach.

Changing coach after every season and bringing in new ones just because you want quick result will just make it very difficult for you to achieve your aim. Slow and steady movement to attain success is the best and if you check on the teams that are doing exceptionally well now didn’t get to that stage just after given their coach few seasons. They had to keep trying the coach again and again just as long as they were seeing the progress of the team.

Apart from very little patience, Chelsea management made a big mistake when appointing Pochettino as Tuchel replacement, they should have seen the situation that occurred at that time from a positive angle. Pochettino is not an accomplished coach, he was often fired due to his inability to handle the club according to management's expectations. When clubs often change coaches, the players have to adapt again to the tactics and strategies used by the new coach. The club will also be greatly disadvantaged by having to pay compensation from the remainder of the coach's contract.

Don't put all the blame on Pochettino, the players are also part of the failure Chelsea has face in the last seasons. When Pochettino was quickly used to replace Tuchel, the team was average and they were doing well because Tuchel understand them and knows when to manipulate opportunities into shorts on target that can bring goals but when Tuchel was sack, Graham potter and Lampard couldn't do anything good and Pochettino do some reshuffling and that doesn't change anything either.

Quote
Enzo Maresca who has just received the trust of Chelsea management, must be able to make Chelsea appear consistent. Management has high hopes for him because he is amazed by the achievements he has just made with Leicester City. His first season in charge of Chelsea may not go as desired because the level of competition in the EPL is very competitive. Management must be patient with Enzo's work because the success or failure of a coach is seen when he enters his second season managing the club.

I hope he do something unique here. Luton Town, Burnley and shuffle united did well in the last 2 Championship division and were promoted to the Premier League but end up relegated again because it was so hard for them to adapt to the division but since Chelsea has always remain there, it will be easier for Maresca to use his boys to change the position of Chelsea this season in the Premier League, 4 place or higher place wouldn't be bad for the team this season.

You are wrong, Pochettino did not come to replace Tuchel at Chelsea but he came to replace Lampard who was then appointed as Chelsea coach for the second time. Tuchel's dismissal was certainly not the right decision, while Chelsea appointed Graham Potter to replace him. Pochettino's appointment as coach was not a mistake, but Chelsea just couldn't wait to give him a longer chance to improve the team, that was also a mistake that Chelsea should not have made on Pochettino.

Since Chelsea fired Tuchel, they have been handled by 5 different coaches, including the latest being Enzo Maresca. Graham Potter made 31 match, Bruno Saltor 1 match, Lampard 11 matches and Pochettino 51 matches. Pochettino is certainly better than some of the previous coaches, but he didn't get more opportunities mainly because Chelsea wanted to sack him and replace him with Enzo Maresca.

Hated by some, but he's still a fighter. Now he has a chance to prove himself as management has chosen him despite all the recent criticism. It's a good decision to keep him at the club, so hopefully, he can boost his squad for next season and fight for the league title. He deserves this chance. I'm happy Man United made this decision. It's wise to stick with him and trust his abilities.
Results have been the only thing most persons have desired of him and when they aren't seeing the results, they frustrations turn in to hate but in the actual sense they may not really hate him, they only want to see the team they are supporting make progress.  Keeping him is a tough decision for the fans to accept but the management still find it Worthy of giving a chance again and I hope he fights to put the team at the top and make his stay worth the chances given him again. The league title is the ultimate for the season and if he's able to get it for the team, a whole lot of hope will be restored in the fact that the possibility of the team becoming a top elite team again becomes prime.

I don't think everyone has such hopes, because so far I have only heard statements from those who want Manchester United to fire Erik ten Hag. At least, this is the first time I've had anyone say that, because it seems like Arteta and Erik ten Hag have different loyalties to theteam. Because as far as I know, that Arteta has a high love for Arsenal, so Arteta is still doing well to improve the quality and performance of Arsenal. But about Erik ten Hag, at least I feel that Erik ten Hag only does his job as a manager but does not have a high love for the team. Therefore, it will probably have a difference in results between Arteta and Erik ten Hag, even though Erik ten Hag still gets the chance for one more season,  but I'm not entirely sure Erik ten Hag will succeed like Arteta.
We are having completely different situation for Arteta and Eric Ten Hag with we have Mikel Arteta done good work and having good success but in case of Eric Ten Hag things are not as for the Arsenal even now in this season hopes are high for his success but fans reaction is still negative about him because they are having feeling he is not competitive person for this job which is surely having big disadvantage for him and his first two years performance is also not like we have from the Mikel Arteta at the Arsenal.

Now as we are heading for the next season things are looking pretty confusing at the Old Trafford because they are bringing changes which are Eric Ten Hag wants and few quality players are under rumours for losing their spots if this happens, and we have still not good results then surely he is going to have early exited with things gone worst for the clubs as well.

Pep Guardiola has made a big contribution to Manchester City because with Manchester City under his tutelage he was able to win a title which was quite satisfying because with the titles he has won in a row it proves that Pep Guardiola has very good quality also with Manshester City's quality players this makes it easier for Pep Guardiola must apply his tactics so that he can become a strong team that is difficult for other teams to beat. Even though Manchester City is no longer in doubt, they have to be alert because there are definitely other teams who might rise from their downturn and give Manchester City a surprise.

It cannot be denied that Pep Guardiola has made great contributions, and it is also not wrong that Pep Guardiola received more awards from their management, because it is very clear that Pep Guardiola's quality has been able to make Manchester City a strong team that can win consecutive titles. Apart from that, Manchester City was not wrong in recruiting Pep Guardiola as their coach because the Manchester City players were made successful by his guidance.
We are having history of Pepe Guardiola with elite clubs always impressive because these clubs having unlimited sources which are important for having success and with them, he has usually done good work if anyone able to check his history he uses too many funds, but one thing is going to his favour which is mostly he uses them rightly which is surely impressive work now at the Manchester City he has also done good work and having good success which helps this club for having too many titles in England and around the world which is surely Pepe Guardiola trademark for the years.

Pepe is surely one of the best mentor because we are having too many coaches who fail to use their sources rightly and having success like him with he was always having his all weapons at the right spot which is the best part of his career now few peoples those were with him doing good job and having success which is also good for them and talking his theory was perfect for the success in soccer.

I think you get it wrong. Pochettino wasn't the direct replacement of Tuchel. Chelsea had already appointed two different managerial coaches "Potter and Lampard'' before they appointed Pochettino as the new head coach of Chelsea.

Apart from having little patience, the Chelsea management is very judgemental in making decisions about coaches. I said this because I don't understand why Tuchel was sacked in the first instance when the PL matches haven't gone half with matches played. It's very unfair how Tuchel was sacked by the new owners of Chelsea without giving Tuchel enough time to continue heading to Chelsea.

Enzo Maresca who has just received the trust of Chelsea management, must be able to make Chelsea appear consistent. Forget about Enzo having the trust of Chelsea management. If he didn't get the Chelsea team to the PL top table, he would be sacked like others. I just hope he makes Chelsea to be formidable the way it was during Tuchel's time as head coach of Chelsea.

Why does Arsenal have love for Arsenal? because he has an emotional bond with this club because he previously played at Arsenal, so that love will grow naturally through that emotional bond. However Erik Ten Hag I don't know if there was any previous ties with Manchester United? What I remember is that this is the first time he has worked with Manchester United. However, he still has to be professional in his work, even though he doesn't have anything to say beforehand, he also has to have a feeling of love as a form of professionalism while working.

I don't know what he's thinking and I can't say whether he feels that way or not, because it comes from within and only he knows the truth. But I hope it doesn't damage his professionalism, because at the beginning there was an agreement written in the contract and he has to be responsible for it, one of which is to make the club better. This doesn't just apply to him, but to all coaches.

Man UTD are looking to offload Marcus Rashford after the forward fell out of favor with the Coach, Erik ten Hag and are willing to reduce his initial price of £80m to £60m if any club shows interest.
The England player has not really put in the work last season and even though he wants to stay and fight for his spot, it can't be possible because he stated he'd only do this if Erik leaves the club but we know Erik is staying.
I'm sure there are many reasons as to why Man UTD are willing to part with their golden boy but cited major reason as failing to show up for his team's FA cup clash against Newport after partying hard the night before in Belfast. The funny part was the English player wasn't even remorseful. Now there may be other hidden issues we may not know about and the media isn't willing to give out but for now, we know that Rashford has become too self absorbed and seems like he'd beyond taking corrections and while many fans are expecting that he at least be humble so he can change the minds of the board to take that decision on him, he rather prefers Erik leaving the club than him changing his ways.
PSG have got eyes on him but it's not solidified yet and the attacker's future remains uncertain at the Old Trafford.

This is one of the news I've been longing to, hear, read and lastly see. Erik Ten Hag is not the first coach who has made complains about the behavior of Marcus Rashford, I don't care what his valuation would be or price tag but I would love to see him leaving Manchester United. It's no different from the way Pep Guardiola let go of Raheem Sterling from Chelsea. He can go, he no longer has that love, passion and love for Manchester United or should I say while playing for Manchester United.

I'm even tired commenting about Marcus Rashford, he doesn't know when to pass the ball, entertain, dribble and also be a team player. Who made him the Golden Boy?
They will bring up a news of losing his cousin but Rodri of Manchester City also lost his Grandma who he was also close with but yet he was able to maintain his high standards all through the season.

Garnacho this season has done better than him on both flanks. All I read are news of him not wanting to play on the right or left. Wouldn't be a great idea if he stays further with Manchester United.
Do you even know he started before Kylian Mbappe? But take a good look at Kylian Mbappe, way ahead of him. ( Though I hate comparison )

Can't even believe we still have cry babies everywhere do the same thing but cry and lament because Manchester United extended the contract of Erik Ten Hag. Can't believe.
I'm already tipping Manchester United to finish in the top four clubs if they get to sign up these four players, most importantly, a new defensive midfielder, two defender's and also a second striker who is hungry for goals ( A Striker who can score 25 Premier League Competition Goals )

Manchester United did some improvement this season because after extended Ten Hag contract until 2026 Manchester United also will have 2 new coaching staff and the name is Rene Hake and Ruud van Nistelrooy and we all know these two managers is very talented and they have good reputation on Eredivisie especially for Ruud van Nistelrooy that he is the former of PSV manager and Ruud van Nistelrooy also as the legend of Manchester United and these people will joining as manager assistant of Ten Hag in Manchester United

Besides changing choaching staffs it says Manchester United also looks very aggresive to gets the players this summer and they will finished Matthijs de Ligt transfer from Bayern Munich soon because Matthijs de Ligt have agree to playing with them for next season besides Matthijs de Ligt reported Manchester United also will attempts to bought Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna and not only them because the latest is news i have read is Manchester United also considering want to bring back Sergio Reguilon from Tottenham

Rene Hake and Ruud van Nistelrooy will officially become Manchester United coaching staff next season, so we hope they will be able to have a significant impact on improving Manchester United performance for the better, Rena Hake is a name that is not too familiar to me, but Ruud Van Nistelrooy is Having a lot of experience as a player and coach will of course be able to provide a lot of help to Ten Hag in building the team in the future, but I hope that Ten Hag and their new staff will not change their style of play like the Dutch game in the future Angry.

I want to see what changes he will make this season because seeing from some rumors now it looks like Maresca will still make changes to Chelsea to fit the criteria he expects in Chelsea's plans next season and I'm pretty sure we will definitely see an influx of money that is not playing back from a Todd.

Todd can indeed buy players at expensive prices but sometimes the players are not as expected. Moreover, Chelsea doesn't need to buy expensive players but quality and productivity are highly sought after. It doesn't need to be expensive as long as the player is productive enough that is good enough, but I'm sure in the end if Maresca If it fails, of course the fate will be the same as Pochettino's because Chelsea can't wait and go through the process. What they want is for Chelsea to achieve the target, I don't know the vision and mission of Chelsea and Maresca, what agreement they are targeting, whether winning the EPL or other competitions. but the adaptation of the players and Maresca seems to be affecting the start of the new season.
Actually Poche did not fail if you look at what was done but the collaboration ended for several other reasons, especially about the problem of poor communication between Poche and Todd which made the situation quite complicated if it was still forced to work together. In addition, for transfer issues I think we are aware that for now Todd is indeed less effective, especially in providing offers and prices but for the problem of compatibility this should have been considered from the start because after all when a player is targeted then surely it is on the advice of several related parties such as scouts or the wishes of coaches who feel the targeted player has a good thing in terms of chemistry but indeed this is clearly difficult because some players who are brought in do not get good results and seem to be a waste of money.

But besides that, the truth is that players who are brought in at a high price also don't mean they are bad, it's just that they can't be in line with Chelsea which makes it a career slump for them.
We can take Caicedo, Enzo or even Nkunku as examples. In the previous club they played very impressively and even became the backbone of their club to be in big competitions but such good performance must be lost because Chelsea cannot maximize the potential they have.

Enzo Maresca's performance in training last season at Leicester was actually very good but when talking about the problem of tension and pressure and the targets that Leicester and Chelsea want to achieve clearly have quite a difference so that even though Maresca performed quite well last season but still there will definitely be a doubt when training Chelsea. later because after all the pressure and Chelsea's goal to be able to improve performance to be even better and again be considered as one of the clubs that is indeed a subscription to the top 4 in the EPL is clearly still the goal of Todd because he will certainly be determined to continue to try to lift Chelsea which in the last few seasons has slumped.

I want to see what changes he will make this season because seeing from some rumors now it looks like Maresca will still make changes to Chelsea to fit the criteria he expects in Chelsea's plans next season and I'm pretty sure we will definitely see an influx of money that is not playing back from a Todd.

Chelsea doesn't seem to be finished in the transfer market this summer. They will certainly continue to try to add back several young players who are considered to have potential. Currently, there are only 3 players who have officially joined Chelsea, namely Tosin, Omari and Marc Guiu. Enzo has indeed made his reputation rise quite high after successfully bringing Leicester City back to the premier league. But the challenges at Chelsea will be clearly different because everyone's expectations will also be different. It is hoped that Chelsea will return to the ranks of clubs that can compete for tickets to the top 4 rankings. And that will give Enzo greater pressure than when he was at Leicester. But I think Enzo feels quite confident in his choice to come to Chelsea. And several ongoing changes and additions to players also show Enzo's long-term planning for Chelsea next season.
Chelsea is currently also approaching Jonathan David from Lille. And that is indeed quite an aggressive move from Chelsea in the transfer market this time. And it seems that Todd has indeed provided large funds for player transfers this season.
The three of them that Chelsea brought in are young players who of course this can add a pretty good confidence because indeed with a fairly young age they can get good momentum if their performance is well honed, it's just that apart from some incoming players, they must have thought about which players will be included in the selling list because even though their finances are abundant, there must still be a reduction in players so that Chelsea does not have problems with FFP.

As for Maresca at this time it would indeed be great if he could immediately compete, especially for the top 4 but if it is still not possible I think the target in the early season should not be too excessive because in the end it will be very difficult for Maresca to do that which cannot even be obtained by several previous coaches in the last 2 seasons so for the first season I think Maresca only needs to emphasize maintaining the position that Chelsea is currently getting with Poche while changing little by little in a better direction.

In the last two seasons, Chelsea management's patience has been very thin, so there has always been a change of coach at the end of the season, ignoring their own players. In fact, most teams only consider purchasing players more than changing coaches each season, which generally does not result in significant changes in the team's appearance. And on the one hand, I also agree more with your opinion on this one, where the Chelsea team must have sufficient patience in enjoying the process of improving the team's performance in the new season.
Apart from very little patience, Chelsea management made a big mistake when appointing Pochettino as Tuchel replacement, they should have seen the situation that occurred at that time from a positive angle. Every new coach certainly needs time to adapt, that's natural.
Chelsea management is making a lot of mistakes at the moment, they have often asked to change coaches when the results do not match their expectations or desires and they have also spent a lot of money buying players who have no potential.

There is no need to imitate other teams to be able to rise, Chelsea only needs time and a process to create a solid team framework.
And as we can currently see, Chelsea has recruited several young players, that's a good step, maybe this time Chelsea management will be different and give Enzo Maresca time to build this team with young players who are projected for the future.

This is what needs to be thought about and management must try to give the coach confidence to manage the team longer.
Changing coaches also does not necessarily mean success because you have to start adapting again.
Vice versa with player purchases and Chelsea must really utilize the players they need, not like they did in the previous season.

Building a team instantly is not easy because the English league competition is so tight and full of competition.
Enzo Maresca must build a more solid team and utilize young players, hoping for success in his first season is impossible because there are Manchester City and Arsenal whose teams are currently much more solid. It takes time to create balance and solidity within the team, this will be a tough task for Enzo Maresca.
Looking at Enzo Maresca, Chelsea's strategy is not much different from Bayern Munich, they recruited an unproven coach. They both won the championship division, but to coach Chelsea and Munich, which are actually full of pressure, Enzo Maresca and Kompany need instant proof. not only do you have to play a good game but you also have to win by dominating.

At Chelsea itself, perhaps it will be easier for Enzo Maresca because he has talented young players and only needs to continue the work of the previous coach. It's true that Chelsea management's mistake was not giving time to the coach, every season they kept firing coaches. I hope Chelsea will leave this culture behind. Because hiring a coach will not make Chelsea stronger, it will actually get worse because the new coach needs to adapt. Enzo is a coach who has minimal experience but his performance at his previous club was good, maybe at Chelsea it will be better because they have a good squad.
