They have got to improve and work on those mistakes for next season, they have a great squad to do that and, with Artheta Arsenal can make it happen for they are the biggest threat to Manchester City right now in the premier league.

The transfer window is still open and what Arsenal really need is a top striker  because that was one of their weak aspect last season after Gabriel Jesus dropped a bit of form.  I read they are going after Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig   and Isak from Newcastle which is a brilliant choice.

Isak made a massive impact with Newcastle  netting about 25 goals last season, he is fast and well fashioned as a striker and I think arsenal should buy into  Dwight Yorke advise bring in Isak despite the cost... Results is what they need for next season and not a repetitive mistakes that should cost them the EPL trophy.

In my view Chelsea have made good purchases but unfortunately, they always want to rush to get maximum results while the team still needs adjustment and a process that is certainly not in a short time. What's more, Chelsea still always change coaches by firing them and of course it will be worse for the team. Because anyway, when they have a new coach then of course the new coach will again want to buy players, so big changes will continue to occur. With this factor, it will certainly be difficult to unite the players chemistry, so Chelsea's performance will be difficult to improve because they will continue to need time to adjust to new coaches and players again.

The Arsenal squad is still a very good squad that can achieve almost anything in the champions league premier league if they put their mind to it well enough.

Maintaining the exact same squad they had last season wi really go a long way for Arsenal but it will mean them getting to be able to improve again not using the exact same tactics and strategy they did used last season to fight fiercely for the league title with city, they had a really good mentality which they can still maintain but they should be more aggressive and be accurate in their goal attempts, that way, they will be able to have a chance at getting a even higher probability to win the premier league this season, if they get a few of their players leaving, it will be a really huge challenge on their side .

What if the transfer window closes and still Enzo fails to see that player he wants. It means that they will manage the ones they have on ground. Chelsea needs a number 9 striker if they want to be more successful next season.

As long as Pep Guardiola is still Manchester City coach, I think it will be difficult for Arsenal to be at the top of the standings and win the Premier League title.
The Arsenal team doesn't have a strong mentality, this team is full of young players and that is the reason they have been unable to compete with Manchester City in the last 2 seasons for the Premier title and I see that management doesn't want to spend a lot of money to buy star players, this is which has always been Arsenal's problem.

Of course there is a big possibility for Arsenal's performance to improve next season, but I still doubt that they can win the Premier League next season, maybe it will take several more seasons for Arteta to build an Arsenal team to surpass Manchester City.

I feel Chelsea is the team they got enough money but they still don't have any idea about how to spend it and that's why this team couldn't get good results even after spending this huge amount of money on the players they bought.
However, Chelsea how progressed compared to the last season and they have much younger and better players thanks to their former coach Pochettino.
 

For Arsenal to repeat the same thing that means that we are getting ready seriously to win the Premier League, I see that for now our target is the Premier League, we are always having issues of point during the middle of the season. Like this season it was when we played against Aston villa that is when the whole problem started from and since Manchester City were having outstanding games and that is the way they were able to beat us. Because of those outstanding games I was pained as a result of us not winning the premier League this time around but at least we tried.

At least we came second on like some clubs that really performed poor this shows that we still have hope next season, the only thing  now is just the strengthen more how attacks we need more goals next season that way we are going to be able to gather enough points, that is one of the strategies that Manchester City usually uses every time they will make sure they have gotten their self enough points.

Not everything depends only on Arsenal, there is also City, which by the way did not show the best result this season, maybe only thanks to this Arsenal had a chance to move close to them, so if City do even better next season, then Arsenal will not be enough to maintain what they were unable to achieve, they will need to progress. This player seems to be very good in terms of ball control and pace, but he has not scored any goals. Yes, I don't think anybody will deny the truth that Manchester City is the team that has high chances of winning next season's Premier League title. Manchester City has everything to win next season's league; they have the best head coach and the best squad in the Premier League currently. The only problem I think may prevent Manchester City from winning next season's Premier League is if their key players face injury. Apart from that, I don't think anything may stop them again. However, let's see what will happen. Maybe Arsenal will sign some more quality players to strengthen their squad as the only powerful opponent for Manchester City



I also believe that if Pep Guardiola  leave Manchester City, the team might experience a decline in their performance unless they find another exceptional coach who shares his passion for the same style of football, because without a coach of his caliber and with a similar tactical approach, Manchester City could face significant challenges and struggle considerably before eventually managing to regain their balance and stability in their gameplay and overall team dynamics

Arteta already knows what must be done and improved next season with Arsenal, because from last season he can reflect that he and Arsenal have made better progress compared to previous seasons so for next season he will try to make things even better for Arsenal to win this quite prestigious trophy in the Premier League. I still place Arsenal as a team that will be at the top of the Premier League and can still be said to be a candidate team to win next season if the key players are still the same as last season.

Chelsea spent 1 billion dollars on transfers but couldn't turn into a good team. Of course, Arsenal have also made good signings, but they would never have been such a good team if they didn't have a manager like Arteta.
