Yes, there is no controversy about your claim but that requires efforts, hard work and continued development and website exposure.

This is just like a marketing strategy or blackhat way to attract people to buy but the truth you can not earn that amount it is impossible unless if you made a blog that you runnning it for a long time ago and until now your blog still live and strong..

Yes, from google AdSense people are earning even more than 10K per month but they will have a very popular site. But he knows how to earn so much money why need to sell the here for small amount instead he can earn money and keep method for himself. This a scam attempt to sell some cheap tips copied from some other sellers.

this is just a scam attempts from OP.. I have some blogging and webmastering sense. there is no way to genereate money from automatic sites.
these type of sites are totally generated by bots and google adsense hate these sites. in first time you may see google ads are displaying but after few days/weeks when google notice something happening wrong here. the whole adsense get banned and that domain name also get banned permanently. and of course your IP address get banned too. you'll never be able to join google adsense with the same internet/ip and computer.

It attract my attention by the way how he was promoting it but after reading his trust ratings from well known members of the community this account is set up for the sole purpose of shilling for scams someone has write there and I agree with that comment. OP better lock this thread because your don't know what number of scam is that you are trying to promote here got busted and you will not make a single sale here.

This initially got my attention because the largess promised, this is a cool amount but getting to read comments make me believe that one cannot really make that much in a passive way without first either labouring for it... And thanks to all who made the comment because alot of newbies would have fall for this crap...
