I will also agree and say that this has a huge potential. I would like to start up something like this too, but I'd have to wait for 2 years.
Good to hear that you know the potential. These sites are built to target the long tail search keywords and NOT to compete with top porn sites like youjizz, xvideos, xhamster etc. People search a lot of strings and not all keywords have high competition. Since we put so many videos and do some magic work to make the site index in search engine fast. The sites rank pretty well on easy competition keywords. Keywords are there in the video titles and since there are so many of them. Its a lot of potential and a lot of traffic.

We will provide our customer a list of advertising networks where they can signup on. Most networks pay via paypal and the minimum payout amount is low too. You do not need a big server because the videos are hosted on sites like xvideos, xhamster, youjizz etc. The hosting cost is almost minimal!
