Im not using their signature tho but IIRC you have accused me as malubit as well before
dont go soft on them, dont apologize!
THEY screwed you
they seized your money
they canceled your winnings bets
they dont wanna show their gambling licence
So far it is fine for me. As for their gambling license, you dont really need that. You keep on bashing on that because you lose in the site however Im sure that you wont be bashing on that if you won
My account was reopened and my initial deposit was restored. I have asked that the winnings that were removed due to the alleged TOS violation be placed back into my account. Although there is, and should be no requirement to do so, I did volunteer as a show of good faith to complete a reasonable rollover prior to attempting another withdrawal.
That was yesterday and I have heard no reply. However with the site maintenance they are likely all busy.
I have not yet begun to bet again because if I did indeed do something to trigger a TOS (other than multiple IP addresses) I have no idea what it would be. Therefore I would likely repeat the same action triggering another issue.
I remain hopeful that this whole incident was simply Malubit being suspicious of a new player who had a huge run and myself being skeptical of a new sportsbook that seemed to be unwilling to pay me. That could easily lead to a misunderstanding like this.
I will continue to update the board.
This is what I called as reasonable request and complain, waiting to get an update on this.
