Hello, new to the forum.

Had also this issue. First few withdrawals received very quickly, then after 6 or 7th time took about 24 hours. Have to say it was a bigger amount, maybe that is the reason.
elanor maybe you should be little bit more patient, they always paid me so far.

its a surprise to me why people always want their money in minutes or hours. whats wrong with waiting 1 day longer?  Grin Grin Grin

What is wrong? It is wrong to write on the site that they pay within 30/60 minutes and then they don't pay after 2 days.
If instead you write on the site that they pay within 24 hours, I as a customer wait 24 hours.

We always answer the helpdesk. You have been provided with information to be little patient for your withdrawals. We wrote this in our emails. When your withdrawal is not processed in 30 minutes, you already starting to email us why it take so long time.
Then you send us 4 emails again to push us. And then you indicate this as "Not responding" when we do not respond on this.

Some of them created to accuse only Malubit, some to accuse 2-3 more gambling websites. Maybe it's a coincidence, but as far as I'm concerned, this behavior of "Newbies" is very suspicious.
