Explanation of Malubit in relation with account closing:
Upin investigation, we have detected that your account has used more IP adresses. On 4 different locations. Sharing of an account is forbidden, and results in an account closure.
As explained earlier, the user in question is the only one who has access to the account. If a wrong bet has been placed by the user, that is his own responsibility.
Malubit has no access to player accounts in any way (even if a player asks for it himself, this is not possible). We can only see which transactions have taken place in the backend section.
And that is that the user has canceled the payout himself, and then has put his entire balance on a bet. Malubit is not responsible for this. The odds at the time of the bet are correct. The game ou have mentioned could have started later, or because of lots of injury time. Your time indication is incorrect. It is in no way possible that Malubit has had access to your account, since the E-mail to recover a password only comes in your email box.
Our financial department is available 24/7. That is interpreted incorrectly / differently by you; this does not mean that when a payment is requested, it is processed immediately.

You can see I have ask them on 28.02.2020 15:30 CET what is going with my withdrawal of 700 mBTC and they answer me on 28.02.2020 17:53 CET, that I should be more patient as this is my first withdrawal.
So, how I can cancel my withdrawal on 27.02.2020 00:10 CET?

I have made withdrawal request 2 days ago. Can You give me more info , when should expect the withdrawal to be processed, because I have explained to You, that I have borrowed money from third party and they become very curious why bitcoin transaction have such delay?

Did You mark in Transaction history - the second file named Malubit manipulated my account, time of cancelling the withdrawal request is 27.02.2020 - 00:10 A.M.
Did You mark, that the last bet with ID 1023 is placed at 01:58 A.M., indeed 1 hour 43 minutes after meeting's kick off? Football game, even if it is huge injury time, with result 0-0 at 90'th minute will never have odds 9.5 for underdog!

They stated, that I obviously don't know what I have done! So ridiculous!:
"Dear user,
We can only see that you have placed bets with your account and he last bet that you made were lost.

Some people really are full of frustration that they lost money, my advise is just to take the loss and take a better strategy next time or dont bet at all if you can not miss the money

Read below, there are some explanations regarding this. Although Im not really sure what is happening but atleast they have given some answer about that.
P.S you are not even SSCEZAR anyway
We regret that many lies are spread about us. The fact that we do not respond much here has nothing to do with ignoring or refusing to respond, but when people start screenshots with photoshots and spread one lie after the other, we do not want to constantly have to defend ourselves.
I also want to advise; look at the status of a member here on the forum, and especially the poting history. It is striking that it is all newbies who are complaining.

You have placed bets on matches / markets where the results were already known at the time you placed that bet. That also explained the gambling pattern. This has been corrected by our programmers. I would also like to add that we have canceled the legitimacy bets, which were largely lost by SSCEZAR. If we had only accepted legitimate bets, his account would be 0.
