It is not allowed to create multiple accounts from the same IP address. You should be aware of this. This is a breach in the terms and conditions. All bookmakers have this policy. Our company has processed the withdrawals from the both of you(but of course this is not provided by you, you both received the withdrawals last week already), but when our security department investigates the matter, they detect you are using the same IP. So do not blame us for your own mistakes.
There are plenty of people who have been paid out. Not everybody is on this forum active.
And once again, for account related queries, please contact us on email.
