Currently on the coinmarketcap site only about 1590 projects compared to at times more than 1700 projects. They have left many projects without developers or scam projects. I personally invested in some of these projects and lost a lot of money like bitconect and centra. Do you trust the projects you are investing in and will keep them for a long time until they succeed or are they just looking for profit in the short term?

market conditions are not good, look all red. many projects cannot survive the red market conditions. and the other reason is because the project is not yet mature but the team insisted on launching the project and after that the project could not survive.

The development process is still in progress in many projects. They have sold ethereum for usdt, but it doesn't means that they are scam, they just want to survive project's money

I also think that creating a real product requires a lot of time.
Some projects did not have the opportunity to develop the product before they collected money for the ICO.
If you look at the road map, then many projects will receive the product only in 2020.

Indeed, a lot of projects without development and their cost is very low. The teams of these projects do not develop their technology. This is a great pity. Before investing, pay attention to the team and technology of the project. Good luck in the crypto industry.

Yes many project are not investing the money on Bounty & signature campaign that's why they are lagging behind and the crypto market is bit down this year might be the cause for many projects to dead state. Time will come again to boom in the crypto world...

First of all, before investing your money, you must understand what you are buying.
After you have compiled a portfolio, you should monitor not only the price of coins but also the activity of projects.
Each project now has communication channels in social networks. Use them

One thing about correction is that it kills projects without fundamentals. No matter how bad the market is, good projects will stay. Correction actually separates the chaff from the grain.

Good projects will stay  but shit projects much more than good projects Roll Eyes

If we trace the ten-year history of the crypto-currency industry, then the most durable projects can be considered: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Digibyte, Peercoin. I'm just sure that these projects will remain despite of everything and that's why I'm not afraid to invest in them. The project Steemit exists and successfully develops more than 2 years - for the means enclosed in it I am also calm. But there is an ICO group of projects with the maximum risk for investment - for me these are projects that exist for less than one year. Only in the last year I witnessed the collapse of more than 30 ICO projects, in whose bounty campaigns I participated.

I trust the projects I invest in. But there are no guarantees that they won't end up as scums. The only thing we can do about it is to choose carefully and learn a lot about projects before investing in them.

Many projects can't develop for a long term maybe because of the lack of progressing on their every project. But its all depends on their development team how they manage to stay strong their project is. Thats why if the project will be dead we can't do anything or it will end shit tokens.

If you actually look at the statistics of how many projects that started last year are still operating today, the number is staggering. I think something like 70% of projects have completely failed, whilst around 90% of projects have 0, or close to zero trade volume on the exchange, meaning they are essentially dead. Only the STRONGEST WILL SURVIVE.

But there are many real projects too. Their developers just too slow to develop their products after crowdfunding.
They should stick with their roadmap and able to deliver the promises in the roadmap. Otherwise, many investors will
lose their confidence about the project and sell their tokens, making the project looks like a scam project.

Most of the projects on coinmarketcap are old pow coin with no development and they haven't remove them so of course there's gonna be a lot of dead projects, but there's also a lot of icos from last year that haven't release their platform or even the demo and i think soon most of them will be considered dead too.

There is a lot of projects that already do exit scam since they already completed their goal. A lot of project are just focus on the profit not on the development of their own token and attracting people with their flowering words to join and invest on their project.

yes, there are so many projects now dead because they have been abandoned by developers (scams) or they cannot compete when the market has a price decline. but I still keep coins that I invest for long term

In my opinion, market condition at the present time is not attractive and highly affect on ICO project sales !! additionally some project don't have enough preparation to launch ICO project and properly conduct market analysis thays why they have to postpone or paused sales. Always set rules and limit to keep your asset safe and take minimal risk when enter the market. However never lost faith with crypto because there are higher potential related to crypto market.

Many ICO projects will die because most ICO projects are scams, therefore, I am more inclined to make short-term investments in ICO projects, but I also hold a number of tokens for long-term investments because the project team is active in updating the development of their projects.

I think of all the altcoins they are just looking for short-term profits. .I don't see any altcoins looking for long-term profits that are increasingly broken, the faster the velocity of money will be
