Is there a chance that the team add more exchanges in leonArdo software soon, such as hitbtc?

There will be more exchanges in the future. It is always a question of allocation of resources.
But we continuously will add exchanges that our customers demand Wink

All the best,

  Rene
Hi Rene,

Kraken is already announced on some articles talking about leonArdo, like this one: https://steemit.com/bitcoin/@marcusxman/leonardo-the-crypto-trading-bot-you-need

However, Kraken is not present right now.

Any news on kraken API added to leonArdo?

We so wanted to release Kraken today, but we just couldn't do it. Their API is just so unreliable at present, it feels like their website. It's horrible and today I couldn't place or cancel a single f*$king order over a two hour period??

We are really sorry about this. Hopefully, Kraken can start to improve things on their end. As for us, we have spent hundreds of hours trying to work with their API and are now in a fix. One thing we are considering is having a closed beta round with a slack channel for feedback to get it out to some testers. Would that be something you would be interested in?

If you,  or anyone else, is interested, please mail [email protected] and let us know.

BTW I found this post on Reddit yesterday and found it quite illuminating: https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/7cz9s1/dear_kraken_we_need_to_talk/

Best wishes,

Hello - New Demo user here.  Having some problems in getting my actual version of the software paid for.

I worked through the website and got to the portion to pay for the actual software.  I was provided the amount in BTC to pay via Bitpay. I then copied that exact amount and sent it to bitpay address file.

I received an email back from Abhishek @ Margin UG which stated I had underpaid by .002 BTC.  I'm completely miffed how this could be an underpayment when i literally copied and pasted the amount they asked for.  Is it possible the fees from the wallet i sent the BTC from caused this? I would love to get this rectified.

Since the amount sent in BTC to pay for the software was .014595 BTC, I sent .014595 BTC, and offered a refund for underpayment of .0009779 btc.  I know there are fees etc, if someone from Leonardo team could reach back out and advise what transpired here?  And advise on remedies.

Looking forward to your dialogue.

Regards,

Whoaaaaman

Update on this issue - The Team @ MArgin UG responded very timely with a very palatable solution to the issue.  The issue I had was the wallet i sent the funds from did NOT account for the fees which would be extracted from the transfer , or the fees levied upon receipt.  Thus leaving the payment i sent short.  This obviously struck me as odd - since i sent the amount requested to the BTC address on the invoice. This was a wallet issue on my side and no fault of the leonArdo team.  They were timely in communicating to me the issue, working with me to understand the issue, and while they did not have to - offering me a fair solution to the problem that the exchange wallet created.  Point of the story - before you pay for this product - make sure you do your homework as to what your wallet or exchange may charge on the front end of a transaction.  Great team, Great customer service.

Thanks to Abhishek, Jonathan, and Sarah for working this issue out with me!

Cheers - Whoaaaaman
