Buckle up for the ride! This morning a key indicator for me took place when the 24H BTC by volume dropped 1.5% and USDT went up  1.5% by volume in the 24H rankings according to CoinMarketCap. I imagine either stop-losses are kicking in or people are selling off to USDT to wait things out. If everyone hodls tight and we have a dip to 5800, it should be short lived as backdoor institutional orders kick in. Go long!  Cheesy

Oh also, what exchange are people finding is the most reliable/best featured? I was previously using Bittrex which was OK, but I'm guessing binance maybe has better choice and volume these days. Is trailing stop-loss available on any exchange?
Hi Frodev,

Definitely contact [email protected] about hero/subscription.

In my opinion Binance is the goto exchange. With the current margin release you get Bleu for free. CoinbasePro is now available in the subscription.

Welcome Back!

CTShaman

thanks,
what is bleu?

Bleutrade is an exchange which can be used for free with margin. So you can even start trading without a paid plan Wink

All the best,

Didn't pick Coinbase for such a maker and a shaker, but their announcement has already pushed ETC to a three month high. I only noticed because I was long on several exchanges with manual sell orders.

This should have sent BTC to the moon, but I don't think enough people understood the ramifications.

I for one will be glad to have the margin bots to do the legwork when this takes off as every exchange will be affected!  Grin

Hello all, some of you may remember me from last winter, just before the shit-storm that was the great crypto depression of 2018  Cheesy Cry

Well I left LeonArdo idling on my Digital Ocean droplet and got busy with other things in life for a few months, forgot all about it, had my Droplet deleted, owed DO some money, and forgot all bout LeonArdo for a while.

Recently I've thought to come back to it, and what a lot of changes I find here! I'm not surprised to see the change to a subscription model, and while I'm a little disappointed, I completely understand the need for the change and am open to paying a sub if I can make the software profitable again. I do have a few offputting concerns though:

  • No monthly payment of the subscription. For me it's currently tricky to pay the whole year in one hit, and I suspect a large portion of your potential user base will feel the same.
  • Is the strategy editor in there yet? For me this is a big missing piece, as the existing strategies were too often prone to losing out in sharp market moves (up or down) to be considered reliable/profitable in my experience.

That's pretty much it. I hope, as an early adopter hero, I will still be able to take advantage of the 6 month demo and 50% discount thereafter???

there are monthly payment options. Unfortunately they are fiat only as recurring payments with btc are not that easy.
And just contact [email protected] if you have any problems to get up and running.

Hi and thanks for your work Wink Do you store somewhere user related information on your back (balances, trades, etc.)? Firs version (leonardo) have had sources on github, and new one in private repo?

We don't see your trades. They are executed directly from your computer on/to the exchange. leonardo was never open source though.

Hello
Indicator BB in the original works differently as you have in the bot!
You need to buy then when the tapes diverge, it speaks of an uptrend

First sharp movement

Second sharp movement

And so on ad infinitum. While there is a sharp increase, the values of the deviations increase, what it looks like on the chart as an extension of Bollinger Tape.

Point 1

The next movement, say after 2-4 hours on hour TF. The average can begin to level off or continue to grow. The lower tape starts to turn up. The upper one can either continue to move steeply upward, or look up at a lower angle than before.

Point 2

We get the second point - the attenuation of the initial motion.

There is still some sort of price movement ... Again, we calculate the parameters. As it turns out, the lower tape already "stretches" upward, and the upper one either becomes horizontal or less than the previous value. We get 3 points.

Point 3

As soon as the top line begins to "pull up" to the middle, we get the 4 final point - the end of the price movement. The extension is probably complete.

Point 4

If suddenly new price data at this point in time (between 3 and 4 point, or immediately after the 3rd) bring in new higher prices, what will happen?
The average will go up. The bottom line will either continue to "pull" to the middle, or turn back, but the upper Bollinger line will rush up again. Point 3 is canceled and we expect a new point 3.

If we buy through such a strategy, then we will be confident by 90% that the market is going up, because BB gives us a 90% guarantee that the market will move either up or down, or flat

Sorry, I wrote through a translator

Hi,

no problem Smiley Thanks for your detailed report.

There are various BB strategies and this is just one of them. It is also just the first strategy we implemented Wink
To understand better how it works you can have e.g. a look at this description:

This is great news! Thanks team!
I've got all of my exchanges running on this release now.

For those with coinbase it is super easy and fast to transfer funds between coinbase and CoinbasePro. When adding deposits to your wallet at the top right of the popup it gives you the option of transferring funds directly from your account. (almost too handy) Wink

I had been trading on Bleu, which is probably the easiest exchange in the world to sign up for and have had particular successes with the ETC/BTC pair. I have watched Bleu grow from $8K a day to well over $200K, it is really taking off!

I feel it is super sporting of margin to give away the ability to trade on Bleu without a subscription too.  Cool

With Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS releasing today and this too, geekdom paradise day for me.  Grin

Hats off for a job well done!

CTShaman

PS.
This version uses less memory too

thanks! great to hear.
