just bought this ...
trading on HitBTC.
i'm getting invalid range on all of my coins XVG / XDN /DBG
i read this is blamed on the exchange minimum trade amounts however i do have the amounts needed. so i assume its either reading old data or its hard coded ? either way its unusable on all my pairs for any sales.. it buys ok but then won't sell.
not sure if minimum trade amounts have changed recently as new to this .
they are
XVG 1000
XDN 100
DBG 100
if this is hard coded it would be an idea to have an advanced override option within leonardo
on the buy option it allows the amounts . its just on sell it won't

also as someone else mentioned much earlier in this huge thread tooltip text is overlapping on boxs

Hi,

Are you trading close to the minimum maybe? Could you report the issue to [email protected] with screenshots and logs attached?
We will then have a look, but it might take a little longer over the holidays as you guys are us to.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays,

I'm still unfortunately having the issue where I get a runtime error and the bot stops. I can only run it for maybe 2 hours before it crashes.

Hi,

if you still have the issue, please report it to [email protected] with screenshots and logs.
And please be a little patient it is Christmas time, thanks Smiley

All the best,

Another strategy could be when EMAx & EMAy crossing... Please team, think about it ...
Merry Christmas!!!

Sorry for my broke english

The new release comes with a re-written bot framework so that adding new strategies became more efficient.
Meaning we expect to release new strategies more quickly now!

Merry Christmas and happy holidays!

Does it run well on raspberry ?
Is 1GB RAM enough for many pairs/exchanges ?

I have installed version 3.7.3 on a raspberry and have been running for 2 days without crashes problems.

I have been using the BB strategy in Bittrex and in some coins it has worked well for me, in others it has not been able to put the buy order once the signal is triggered. Right now I'm doing tests in realtime. As I experiment, I will be sharing with you to provide feedback on the behavior of the software and help us.

Hi,

we just added beta raspberry support. Happy to hear you guys experiences.
Of course as the raspberries resources are limited you can't expect the same performance an i7 would offer but we saw some decent performance on a couple pairs in parallel.

All the best,

Guys already asked but got no response. Is it possible to run leonArdo in headless mode on a Debian/Ubuntu server?

Hi,

for now you can run it on a VPS and connect to the VPS via VNC/rdesktop.
In the future we might also add a real remote mode Smiley

All the best,

To be honest it seems that version 3.7 just has too many problems to recommend folks to only use it in DEMO mode until the developers spend some time fixing the problems.

I am a bit bummed that I cant use the BB bot yet but I understand that a release of this magnitude can bring alot of issues so I  will just patiently wait for newer versions with the proper fixes.

The BB strat is still broken (at least with Bittrex).
I dont recommend using it until theres a new version.

I used it with my account and it bought when it should have sold and vice versa.... Still lots of work to do on this bot.

Same here. I'll play with it in demo mode but that kink needs to be fixed for certain.

Would it be feasible for leonArdo to implement triangular arbitrage?
With the variations that the BTC has had, I have observed that bittrex presents opportunities for this type of strategy, but to take advantage of them by making trade manually is difficult, while implementing it in a tool like leonArdo would give the opportunity to take advantage of these situations. It's just an idea. Grin

Guys already asked but got no response. Is it possible to run leonArdo in headless mode on a Debian/Ubuntu server?
The Margin Software Team is taking a Christmas break after working so hard to push out the latest version, but I can answer that question. No, there is not currently a headless version. I operate mine via Remmina VNC through an SSH tunnel with XFCE4 for the desktop and vnc4server running on the server, all native Ubuntu software. I have been able to achieve continuous run times as long as 11 days 13 hours, then Bittrex threw so many invalid API responses that leonArdo crashed.

Hi,

What pairs does it trade in the Bittrex? Thanks.
Download it and run it in demo mode when you select the exchange it shows available pairs.

I used Bittrex before, and it seemed to me that all pairs available at the exchange were tradeable in leonArdo. Haven't checked every single pair, though, but there was a lot, and never missed one.

I have pretty simple question, i couldn't find way to change market fee. By default it thinks that poloniex does have 0.25% maker/taker fee. But in reality maker is 0.15%. (And what if i have higher trading tier?) Where can i edit it so it will show me true calculations?

It's not editable, but from what I remember it was discussed before: leonArdo considers 0.25% because it's the worst-case scenario, or in other words, your profit will be *at least* (gain)-(fees), but if you're a maker you have 0.1% extra profit on top of that. By considering the worst-case scenario, the app makes sure the effective gain is always met. It may have to apply always 0.25% because the exchange API may not have a method of informing if you were a taker or a maker for a particular trade.
