How does he still have money?

until they charge him for fraud he still has huge personal wealth, reported to be a large holder of personal BTC also.

That's right. Remember that there has been no finding that MK has done anything illegal. A lot of people here have tried and convicted him for the money they lost, but that does not give anyone the authority to take any of his money. Of course, all that would change with a conviction for fraud.

I don't think so. Coins cannot be seized if properly protected and I do believe MK knows how to prevent others from accessing his coins.
If he doesn't consent, no one will take his coins.

In b4 twitch.tv customer subscription funds are lost due to transaction malleability.

He stole 800k bitcoins, and he's been selling thousands of them for at least half a year.

If thats true how can he sleep at night?

how can Josh Homo Garza sleep at night? these people are not "normal" people. thats the reason.

Twitch should not accept any kind of investment from that thief.

That dude is having a good time with stolen money, and the victims suffer from their major losses.....

I think "Karpeles" and "investing" should not go together in one sentence for several thousand more years; he still owes $600 million.

totally agree, sometimes people dont know when to stop; this is called avarice.

btw i dont know why but this guy, I do not like much Tongue
