That's right. Remember that there has been no finding that MK has done anything illegal. A lot of people here have tried and convicted him for the money they lost, but that does not give anyone the authority to take any of his money. Of course, all that would change with a conviction for fraud.
I don't think so. Coins cannot be seized if properly protected and I do believe MK knows how to prevent others from accessing his coins.
If he doesn't consent, no one will take his coins.
