Ofcourse they dont. Well maybe thing changed, but i know there was added a card of a game there. Satoshi card of Spells of Genesis game. A token of counterparty. Yes this was like 2 years ago, but for sure did not had 100k volume. Masari is not a token but a coin with own blockchain.

There is an email on coinmarketcap where you inform them about new coins.

According to my own research masari coin was doing better at two months ago,this coin (MSR) coin will be create mobile wallet proceed by GUI wallet,but let see at the next move on this new coin,hopefully will be fined at the future,so that if you think are good for you based on your research and speculation but don't put your all money at one coin only you must be diversify to other coin,and look also have potential value,
