Yes, Cryptocurrency has become news and we have seen so many programs and companies already using Cryptocurrency, very prominent are the many gambling sites dedicated for Cryptocurrency users, of course, we already now Amazon and Facebook intention to enter Cryptocurrency, adoption is really moving and many Cryptocurrency users are increasing, the evidence is the market.

Only they'll know about crypto but possibly not all of us are still using crypto as a currency instead they still consider as investment.

I have been supporting bitcoin for years and I did see some changes.
Some of my friends are already into bitcoin and also Ethereum. That was never like that before. They just ignore me when I start talking about it.

Altcoin? Hmm just a pick ones.

A bad reputation came with altcoins during the hype of ICO's. Yes even Ethereum, Ripple and Litecoin have been damaged because of this.
But I am sure we are growing in numbers. It is just that a lot of users now are beginning to understand the trend and use this for their own profit.
I guess we wont see much of those who are really willing to hold the coin instead of selling it when a sudden spike in price comes.

It is obvious that adoption is greatly increasing.
This is why we can see how many countries want to ban bitcoin or regulate them.
If there are no adoption in the world, then governments will never be busy on this issue.

We have thousands of coins in the market today, not to mention all that is gone, but only 20 to 30 coins are moving up and getting adopted, many new coins are coming and there's no guaranty that they will be welcome in the sphere, investors are concentrating more on popular coins that has a good adoption rate.

Blockhchain technology is changing this world quickly and many leading companies are using this technology to apply it in our daily lives so I believe that in the next few years everyone will know about this technology is more. Bitcoin? Yes the adoption of it within the span of 10 years is slowly increasing. If you will see more and more countries are accepting it and at the same time, more and more establishments and stores are accepting Bitcoin too.

Altcoins? I think yes but it is much slower than Bitcoin. Lets wait for another 5-10 years for the altcoins too to see if the adoption for them is increased or not.

Mass adoption in crypto in general is growing, the concept here especially for BTC which is more widely adopted compared to altcoins is, when the demand is high, the price will rise due to limited supply, but since the market is still not fully stable, and it could also be manipulated, we cannot just see it basing on the price of bitcoin.

In order for us to know if there is an increase in adoption, we need to read the news and see the development within.

Ten years ago bitcoin was created and only had a handful of users now there are millions of people using bitcoin so it is clear that mass adoption is underway, but what happens is that many people have unrealistic ideas about the speed of mass adoption, in my opinion this is a generational issue, older people are not going to be very eager to adopt cryptocurrencies no matter how much we try to explain to them the advantages of a decentralized currency, but new generations will understand it and once they have most of the money of the world under their control we will begin to see an acceleration of this process.

Adoption of crypto isn't going to be successfully achieved. Looking at the early years if bitcoin, the time when an old unused computer can mine you a block (12 btc reward), the were few people are the adoption compared to this time is very low which tell how much we have grown when we talk about crypto adoption. I know a time will be there when almost every one will come and understand how things work in this industry. I will say, crypto adoption is really growing fast.

This is not a quick process. People have just begun to learn about cryptocurrencies and for many they are associated with speculative interest and scammers, and not as a means of payment. I think that another 5 years will pass before cryptocurrencies begin to be more widely used as a means of payment in everyday life.
