According to this website that I found [1], users are more likely gambling using their mobiles compared to desktops. But what I could understand from their data too, is that spending time in front of a PC is longer compared to mobile. So it's ideal to have a good desktop interface too paired with a great mobile application just like what you have now.

This is up to their system first of all and 2nd the betting radar they are using need to verify all the bets in order to settle de bets with win or loose. I'm sure in time this will improve but for now I think this is the safest and secure option for them.
It affects the user experience if you compare to other bookies but to be honest is that most of them are having the same system but yea its frustrating if your only funds are trapped to be settled and your matches are about to begin.
