Will the ICO be held only with ETH or also with BTC?
Matchpool ICO will be done entirely by using Ethereum smart contract, and so will be held only by pledging ETH into the ICO smart contract address.

Will there be an Escrow service for the collected ICO funds?
Yes, Our escrow partners will be MME legal firm & Bitcoin Suisse AG a shareholder company specializing in alternative finances. Both are well respected and experienced in that field.

     +   When and How will I get my GUP tokens bought on the ICO?
The ETH each investor sends will go straight to the ICO smart contract where they will be held until the ICO ends. While sending your ETH, the smart contract will credit the sending address and later on will send back to the sending address the number a GUP’s entitled proportionally with the total ICO results. At the end of the ICO a further code check will be placed after which all GUPs will be sent to the sending addresses.   

     +   How soon can I trade my GUP tokens and on which exchanges?
GUP tokens sold during our ICO will be of ERC20 standard created through smart contracts, which basically means that listing it to an exchange can be easily done and probably won’t take too long. Specific exchanges will be later announced as it is way too soon and will not be responsible to announce it now. Of course there is always the possibility of trading bought GUP through Over The Counter deals on the forum and reddit. As the ICO being held through smart contracts, soon after the final code check each investor can redeem the token into his ETH wallet.

     +   Is there a maximum amount of participants that can take part of the ICO?
There is no restriction of max participation. However, since the ETH:GUP price is predetermined starting at 120 GUP per 1 ETH and ending at 90 GUP per 1 ETH, eventually the GUPs amount available for sale will be over.
 
     +   Is there a Minimum amount of funds to be collected during the ICO?
Yes, after long thought on this matter we have reached the conclusion that in order to produce Matchpool platform and App we will need at least 30K ETH. Everything beyond that will help us greatly delivering a better product in less time. In case the minimum amount won’t be reached the ICO smart contract will send all the collected funds back to the sending addresses.

     +   Is there a Maximum amount of funds to be collected during the ICO?
Yes, once again as the ETH:GUP price is predetermined, and there is a fixed GUP amount (60 Million), the total funds collected assuming all GUP tokens are sold will vary between 500,000 ETH - 666,667 ETH, depending on the actual early bird bonus applies at the time of the investing.

     +   Will there be any refunds available after investing?
In case the minimum Cap of 30K ETH will not be reached a refund will take place automatically. Otherwise the will be no such thing as all sales are final. We strongly recommend you to read all about the project in our medias and our White Papers and do your thorough due diligence before investing.

Read OP carefully they have very trusted escrow system for this crowdfunding campaign. This project is legit and surely will be one of the best ICO ever.

best momentum to our coming ICO. Let me address some of the great and important questions raised in here lately:


YES, all campaigns run and are open to participating until the last day of the ICO. the earlier you will sign in the more stakes you will receive.
There is a small exception regarding the Newsletter bounty, in order to make the bounty appealing the maximum participants to join will be capped at 500 (notice that the cap is already nearly reached)


Thanks! we are glad to hear you consider us credible as we did our best efforts since day 1 to give you all the information about us and Matchpool's project.
At the moment, no connection with ICONOMI has ever been made nor it is about to. Off course if we will see in the future that such linking is for the best of the project we will consider it seriously.


Not sure I fully understand your question. However I strongly relate with other project which decided to delay the bounty distribution past the investors distribution. Taking part in Matchpool's promotion will definitely help this project and all who takes place should be rewarded for doing so. However our ICO investors are important to us as well and feel that it is our duty to protect their interests. And so in order to do so we will distribute the bounty GUPs after every investor will get his share in order to avoid bounty hunters dumping and cutting in half our investors ROI.


Diferrent from Lisk case, the idea behind Matchpool is much more pragmatic, feasible and useful in the short term. Gavin is indeed not part of the core team and is not on our immediate disposal. However he is a big fan of our idea and devoting many hours of his time to give us advices, review our code and guide us on general matters. With gavin as our advisor we believe our product is now significantly better.


Vitalik has spoke about Matchpool in the last European Ethereum Development Conference (EDCON) held at Paris on February, where he introduced us explained our main idea and wished us a great success. hey later even posted it on twitter. We never documented his references
but I believe they could be found in the media.


There is a market for everything in China. As the worlds most large and growing economy we believe that conquering the Chinese market will take Matchpool to the next level and for that reason we have decided to focus a lot of efforts in doing so at the moment.

Yeah, this project will be used Ethereum smart contract, and not required escrow

I like their amazing concept for this project and they have big name into advisor board. I also quite sure their crowdfunding will go successful.

This project does not accept Bitcoins, this is the standard ERC20 token, for which you must send the Eth to smart contract address.

Is there market for dating sites in China? if there is, that would be good because there is money in China and would be good to tap from it

After joining of GAVIN WOOD now matchpool looking more attractive. Dev team is in China at the moment to raise awareness into the community there. I wish this will be most successful project.

Can you post a link to the response, I know he is part of the advisers to WeTrust project and that Gavin Wood is an adviser to Matchpool, I have never seen anywhere where Vitalik spoke about Matchpool. The project is nice but the market just seems saturated presently

I have also seen many projects that have the ICO only concept matchpool truly unique it makes perjodhan concept for this, so I think they will be successful in the future to undergo something more serious for this project, so now we'll see how matchpool this build the project as you work hard and be successful in the future.

It is a great news for the team but people need to understand that he is only on the team on Advisory role, I could remember when Charles Hoskinson joined Lisk on Advisory capacity but  where is the project now. The decision still lie in the hand of the developers, he can only advice the team
